Holiday Inn Express & Suites Gulf Breeze Pensacola Area, an IHG Hotel

Had a great time with the family. It was really clean and easy to check in and check out.

When I arrived at the Holiday Inn they had no record or information regarding my reservation for Friday ,May 24. Fortunately for me they were able to find a room for my family without additional cost. This was my worst experience with Travelocity and I have been doing business with them for 20 years.

They didn’t have the room we rented and no answer to our needs, one of my children had to sleep on the floor.. the hotel was overpriced by about $150. Everything else was fine

First time going to this hotel. It was very clean. The staff was very nice. The wall are a little too thin. You can hear a lot going on in the near rooms. The bathroom was big but it could have been arrange diferently. The dutch water pressure was very poor. I had to pretty much stand very close to the wall for the water to reach me. There are a lot of food options fairly close. The parking area had a lot of spaces open. I guess there is never enough disable parking available. Probably most of this business do not expect to many disable people. Breakfast was good, fresh and there was enough spot to sit. We only stayed for a night. Overall it was a good experience minus the neighbors with kids making noises a little too late in the night and the water pressure in the bathroom.

This trip was very important to my son and I. We flew all the way from California to watch my nephew participate on the Naval Air Station… we were exhausted and excited while staying at hotel. With time difference and being at the base daily. We went to sleep at 10:30 only to listen to our neighbors in the room next door pounding on the door less than a foot from us. I complained to front desk when the banging and knocking continued till 2am. This is a Thursday night. But it continued with the door being slammed against the latch to keep door open the rest of our trip. … non stop all hours. It was absolutely impossible to get proper rest. To be clear… while all or the JROTC kids were in hotel… the noise was as expected for so many… but this was over the top!!! I was so upset and still am. Last year we stayed here to support my nephew in JROTC Nationals… it was amazing. This was the worst experience! And the hotel didn’t do a thing to help the situation. They also let us know so many other people had complained. What a shame this is acceptable for their guests.

The hotel is in the quiet neighborhood, the room and beds are clean, too bad the room my family stay for 2 nights is closer to the end of the building where all the AC units running and making noise 24/7

I was greeted by a very nice lady that made the check in process easy. The room were clean and beds were comfortable. The hotel is very much kids friendly the staff made me and my family feel comfortable. The location was great we felt safe there. The breakfast was delicious both days, dining area was kept clean. The big hit for my grandchildren was the pancake station, on busy morning they may need an extra pancake maker😉 DEB was really friendly and made sure we had everything that was needed. This was my first visit to this hotel and I will definitely visit again and highly recommend this hotel.

Overall a nice hotel, clean, very friendly staff. Perfect to go with family. Aspects to improve that place more towels in the pool area, and more variety of food at breakfast. Recommended for a relaxing vacation.

The hotel was perfect! The room was large and comfortable. The pool was great. Breakfast was a huge hit with the family.

My family stayed here while visiting Pensacola beach. This place had resort style vibes. The hotel was clean, all staff were friendly and helpful, beakfast was abundant. The location is very convenient with a quick drive to the beach and plenty of restaurants. The pool is large, clean, and well maintained. Front desk always had a huge welcoming smile when we walked by. Highly recommend!
