New World Inn, Downtown Pensacola

Absolutely beautiful, CLEAN and comfortable hotel. The ONLY downside to this hotel was we stayed as a family trip with our toddler and I was nervous to let him play around in the room for fear of him messing up some of the beautiful antique furniture. Would definitely be the perfect place to stay on a couples trip.

When booking at this hotel, my family and I were super excited to stay at this historic hotel. However, we weren’t too pleased with our stay. When arriving, the front desk attendant greeted us and she was very pleasant. When entering our room, it was very cute and we were impressed. When it was time to go to bed, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and one of our beds wasn’t connected to the bed frame and kept moving every time we laid down. Also, in the middle of the night the air kept beeping and we had to add water to it for it to continue push out cold air. It was extremely hot in the room both nights. A different attendant was there the next morning, he wasn’t as pleasant and had his phone glued to him, while my family and I needed assistance. The complimentary breakfast didn’t have a lot of choices and we chose to go out for breakfast. The housekeepers were very friendly and gave us whatever we needed. I love the idea of the hotel but we probably won’t return.
