Holiday Inn Winter Haven, an IHG Hotel

The lady that checked me in was extremely nice. The rooms were clean and nice. Our bedding, towels, and rooms were cleaned each day which was very helpful. I wish they offered free breakfast instead of the bar/restaurant but you they do offer a one time kids eat free with a purchase of an adult. The hotel was located in a great location. Overall I'm very satisfied with my stay. Loved It!!!

We got the king sized handicap room. Sooo spacious, clean, tons of charger stations, great shampoo etc , excellent front desk and phenomenal bar staff. Bar is simple but has exactly what you need. Quesidilla with chicken delicious. Bartender attentive, friendly. Black out shades. So much space. Loved it. And very family friendly with a. 11.99 breakfast that had the restaurant full of folk. Plus, just 3 mile drive from downtown

I enjoyed their breakfast and kids were able to eat for free. It was closed to Walmart and other shopping centers as well as restaurants.

The reception staff were very friendly and they were very empathetic with the children, they assigned me the room very quickly.

We did a family vacation with 4 adults and a one year old. The hotel was conveniently located to Legoland and Peppa pig. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend.

Even the continental breakfast buffet exceeded expectations, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to fuel our day. Overall, our stay was truly exceptional. It provided the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality, making it the ideal place for a family getaway. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Property is located in a great location. However I was eaten up by BEDBUGS on my arms and the staff was extremely mean and rude to the kids on our sports team, a parent witnessed this behavior and recorded it to show the coaches. I will never stay at or recommend the Holiday Inn at Winter Haven again.

Check in was great front desk was very nice. The room was musty and smelt terrible. Packed up my family and drove 3 hours home because it was so bad. Also hotel would not provide refund. DO NOT STAY HERE.

They provided me with a pillow top for my mattress 😴 i slept like a baby 👶 had to stay another night 😁
