Best Western Auburndale Inn & Suites

property was clean, front office was nice, homeless people roaming the lobby, breakfast was fine till somebody tripped the coffee pot, i mean all of them.kids running and screaming in hallway and then finally the train, Not a good night sleep.

The first room they gave us smelled like marijuana. The smell was so strong it made us feel sick. They moved us to another room. The bathroom was in poor condition and the floor was “cleaned” with something that made it slippery. My daughter fell. They never made up the room. We asked about the housekeeping and they said it’s only every three days. We asked for fresh towels and garbage bags. After waiting for a while, I had to go to the front desk to get them, Again, the marijuana smell in the lobby! Later that night we went out and the people in the car next to us…same smell oozing from the car! Came to the room on the second night and our keys didn’t work and the air had been turned off. No one should have been in the room since there is no housekeeping until the third day! This is not a family hotel! Stay somewhere else!
