Holiday Inn Express Bartow, an IHG Hotel

I went with my family of four and we really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The place is and smells cleans. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were spacious and modern. We would definitely come back and highly recommend to others.

The gentleman who works in the breakfast lounge is not only the best employee, but one of the best people we’ve ever met. He showed kindness, patience, and great service to each guest. And when a couple drinks were spilled, or a child with special needs needed accommodation, or the cinnamon rolls ran out, he was right there, always helping, always so kind and cheerful.

I stay here every time I'm in the area because it is conveniently located near my family, restaurants, shopping and the breakfast is always good. The staff is always polite and professional.

Overall, my family and I had a great stay. One night we experienced excessive noise from the room next-door. I unfortunately had to call and complain after a couple of attempts to have them lower the noise because they kept waking up my baby. The front desk took care of it, and it was very quiet after that.

The front desk agent at night and day time shifts were very friendly and welcoming. The lady who cleaned the room was so kind. The breakfast crew also were efficient and helpful to me and my kids. Dove products were the good surprise inside the room. Overall, thank you so much for everything. Will go back

I wanted to say the staff at this hotel was awesome. I had to visit the area do to a family member illness and staying at the hospital across the street. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast in the morning was good. Staff was super helpful. The staff person who checked me out was very kind. When I left I was still out of sorts. The next day when I was home I realized I had left my Apple tablet and a very expensive LV purse. I called the hotel and spoke to the same lady staff member that checked me out. She did remember me. I told her what happened and 30 minutes later. She called me back with the great news that she had my items. I was so excited. She held on to my items until a family member was able to get there. I’m so very grateful for her and the staff. I don’t know her name. But thank you. I will definitely stay there again if I find myself in that area again.

The Hotel was CLEAN the room was CLEAN...the staff was courteous and helpful in everyway possible...HIGHLY RECOMMEND...10 out of 10 from my family!!!

Breakfast was good but only the basics it could be better no fresh fruit especially when you have children no fresh bread lady on the kitchen was so friendly and very organized it was nice that every day she will welcome you and ask if you need something. Thank you.

Excellent hotel customer service awesome conditions of the room even the Layout was perfect pillow top mattresses I slept like a baby
