There was centipede like bugs in room 223. I spent the night stressing over this, had to kill a bunch of them. We rented two suites; one was terrible because of the creatures; the other room was perfect. My family and I have reserved rooms at this hotel many times. I have always had a great experience. I hope this was a onetime occurrence. I would like the hotel to offer something for the inconvenience. I would give them another chance.

The hotel was very nice. The continental breakfast was very good as well as the ambience of the hotel main lobby. Pool looked a little small, did not use it,but otherwise looked fine. Despite some cleanliness issues the hotel was very accommodating. I liked the side room to be able to watch and select movies in the room. Was also nice to see what look like a bad camp of children. Enjoying the hotel as well.

Visited family on this trip. This hotel was near many of the local shops and the mall nearby has a movie theater and bowling alley for entertainment

Traveled with kids, we loved the pool and the hotel was clean and well equipped. The only thing was that breakfast ends too early (9am) Guess should have a bit more time to rest and be able to get a fresh cup of coffee. But overall the hotel was excellent.

Just stayed here for a family trip with my mom and kids. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had an incident in the pool and although it wasnt taken care of right away the GM made sure it was taken care the next day and we are grateful for that. Overall experience was fun and pleasant.

Great small hotel. Really close (10 min in car) to Legoland and Peppa pig park. The street were its located has everything you would need. Very kid friendly, the breakfast buffet was great and the rooms were super spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly! Will definitely will be staying here again when we take our daughter to those parks.
