I never leave bad reviews. But I have to warn you all. The hotel is very dated and smells. They use a very fragrant air freshener to try and cover it. My whole families allergies were very bad inside, which is concerning as that means mold and dust were very present. The hot tub does not work and had a nasty film on top of the water. And to top it all off the room was dirty, the carpet damp, and I killed 3 German roaches. Stay far away until they clean this dump up!

Our experience was not equivalent to what we paid for. Hotel staff were often rude or unfriendly. Towels by the pools were never available and always used or dirty. Mold was found in our bathroom and only 2 towels were provided initially for our family of 4. Housekeeping also came into our room while we were sleeping and tried to come in even when the latch was on. We have had better experiences in other Holiday-Inn locations, but this one was not the best for us.

The hotel was fine but it’s located on a busy strip mall like road. Pool was nice for the kids. No frills but good enough especially for the price

University sports team trip. The hotel is great, I stay there a lot as does my family. One issue I ran into this trip is we were told we couldn't use our tax-exempt form because we booked through Hotels.com. never had that issue before at any other hotel so that was a bit frustrating to have to eat an extra $600 on the trip. Also the pool was under maintenance for the first two days of the trip which was not communicated to us at all. Would have likely booked a different hotel this time as we really needed the pool for the athletes on tournament days to recover and stretch.

The housekeeping started banging on doors and yelling 3 hours prior to checkout time. Breakfast was cleaned up 20 minutes prior to confirmed end time. The inconvenience completely derailed my family’s day. We were told Breakfast was served until 10am, and I confirmed that time. We came downstairs at 9:40 and it was cleaned up and they refused to serve us.

1.The staff was racism. 2. We booked two rooms, and we found a baby cockroach on the bed at 9 pm and 3 pm. My friends asked to change to another room. The front desk staff gave us hard times and wanted to charge fee as a third room. In the morning, when we were checking out, they wanted to charge fee. After we told everything to the morning staff, a white man, he was like a leader giving pressure to the lady (who was the night staff) in order to let go the incidence. 3. They even did not have business card, and said they are a new property. No professional. 4. You need to pay for breakfast. No breakfast included.

Hallway Floors were dirty everyday, no towels in our room, we had to wait till almost 11 pm to get towels in our room, no complimentary coffee in lobby. When we asked for coffee we were told to use the one in our room. How are we supposed to do that without any water??? Location was not in an ideal location. Lots of homeless people around the area. Even at one point one was in the parking lot of the hotel begging as we were exiting the hotel and trying to get in our vehicle. After he left us he went to another family trying to exit their vehicle and go into the hotel.

We rented three rooms the evening prior to a family graduation. People were arriving at various times and schedules were tight. It was very helpful to have a restauarant onsite with menu items that satisfied everyone. Dining in a casual setting gave us an unexpected opportunity to unwind.
