Staybridge Suites St. Petersburg Downtown, an IHG Hotel

I stayed on the 5th floor. The Building material was very nice as you could not hear a peep from your next door Neighbors. The front desk was super polite and the breakfast was delicious. It is conveniently located near a lot of fun things to do in saint Pete. However, the only downside would be the parking. If you're not there early, you will not have a parking space and then you'll end up having to park at the Doctor's office. Aside from my toilet being dirty when I got there, the hotel was well kept. There weren't any signs of bed bugs, super clean and super fun for a family stay. Besides parking, if I was to make one recommendation, it would be to upgrade the room TV to a smart T. V. Or at least something that allows you to mirror your phone. I absolutely enjoyed my stay as a hotels member would recommend.

We had to stay for a medical procedure at the children’s hospital and this was great, super close to the hospital. Short drive to the pier. Really quiet and calm. Great pool. Just overall good! Loved the full size fridge and kitchen.

Close to all childrens, staff awesome

At first glance, the hotel looks amazing and staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. After the first night, we were but unfortunately didn’t see anything until after the second night stay. My wife and kids were bit by bed bugs! We immediately alerted the staff and was at, helpful and showed genuine concern. That changed quickly increasingly worse the more we asked for assistance getting a new room, help with cleaning our items, etc. Eventually, the offers some laundry soap, and a new room but after reading some past reviews, we found this to have happened before within the last few years, most recently and couple month ago. We ended up checking out, never going to our second room. Ironically, we continued to read reviews and found another customer on the same day we checked out was given the same treatment and worse yet, initially moved into our room that had the bed bugs! Poor communication, limited customer service, and certainly a place I will never stay again. Ultimately, we had to go through Expedia to get a full refund and as a last note, Expedia representatives were on point with all that I needed and helpful to expedite process of getting our refund.

the convenient to the hospital is great the price for the rooms are very high price and my child is handicap also i am too i have to always check in and have to come back to the desk one time the wrong room and this time they give me room 309 the would not work i had to walk back to check the was 306 wow not happy at all i will try another hotel that is close to hospital

This place was great. The staff were friendly and got to know us over the length of our stay. Breakfast in the morning was great with options that made the whole family happy. We were only able to make happy hour once, but my daughter loved the pizza. The room, common areas, and pool were very clean. The only complaint I have is the super narrow parking spaces and lack of parking in general when the hotel was at max capacity.

We arrived almost at midnight VERY tired. We travel to this area d/t a family emergency . We stayed here because it was closed by the Childrens Hospital . We stayed at Room 105 the sofa bed was cover with huge stains all over, specially the armrest area . It was disgusting . The AC was making a loud noise all night. Front desk lady was not friendly and not helpful at all. I was told at check-in that they only give guest ONE parking pass per room . Since i have two vehicles I asked her for any other options so i can park my second car and she told me there was no other options and i can leave my second car parked there but at my own risk . I was very anxious and could not sleep well thinking that my car could be towed during the night. Not a good experience at all.

we travel to st petersburg to go to all childern 's hostipal and it is very conventient for us we always stay at stay bridge

This was a great stay for our family of five. The only complaint is the dirty couch that was not a pull out sofa. The couch had visible signs of rings from substances. We had to put a sheet over it. I wish that was cleaner but other than that it was great

The properties new and it has nice amenities but they don't have the pool open late they don't have proper staff they don't pick up the garbage the hallways were full of garbage and it stunk the toilets overflowed I had to move rooms twice because the air condition wasn't working the staff was rude they did nothing about the people fighting in the room for two nights in a row all night screaming in Spanish at each other throwing each other across the room the police never came they never called them even when I called they never came he was beating his wife all night and they let them stay it was the worst experience of my life and I got covid from the lady that works at the desk that was coughing her head off my whole family left with covid
