Best choice of my life. The hotel is quaint, retains its original charm dates back to 1937. Owners are just incredible people, treat their guests like family. Located downtown, within walking distance of museums and restaurants. Will recommend to everyone who asks and will be coming back soon.

I came to St. Pete this weekend to attend a Comic-Con at the Coliseum and this Inn was right within walking distance and had great reviews, so I decided to book my stay here and I’m so glad I did! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Brian helped me when I first got there and him and his family were so nice, he told me a bunch about the area and was actually interested in why I was in town. Everyone I met took the time to talk to you and make sure your stay was going well, absolutely amazing costumer service! I am autistic and pretty introverted and I was staying here alone this weekend (my dad came with me, but he came along last minute so he had to stay at a different hotel farther away) so I was very nervous about staying at a hotel in a different state alone for the first time. But the friendliness of the staff and just the overall atmosphere made me feel comfortable staying here and I had a really great stay! It’s a very vintage style building which I thought was really cool, and it’s within walking distance of a ton of restaurants/fast food and things to do (the coliseum, pier, museums, parks, etc.). If you’re looking for a nice, quiet and “homey” place to stay for a weekend or longer with great staff, I definitely recommend booking a room here! I plan on attending next years Comic-Con and will definitely be coming back to stay here if I do!

Centrally located near everything that matters and a 20 drive to the beach, where there is tons of parking. This is a really beautiful Inn that has an antique feel, but feels just like being at home. At first we thought the room was small but it was more than enough. A comfortable bedroom and a full bathroom. Everything was clean and quiet. It's a notch up from a bed and breakfast with an evening social hour and a perfectly simple breakfast. Staff and owners make you feel like family and supply great tips about the area. I honestly can't wait to come back!

Great, traditional US Inn. Room was very nice and location was good with easy walking distance to everything I wanted to experience. Breakfast offered a nice selection to start the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again - and recommend to friends/family visiting St Petersburg.

Brian and Stephanie are so sweet! The property is smaller so it feels more like a family with only about 20 guest rooms. It was clean and super convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere and felt safe. We will definitely book again for next spring!

I love the "family" atmosphere. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a family-based hotel stay. Customer service was excellent. Breakfast and Happy Hour with good wine as well.

Extremely warming feeling walking in! Not like your chain hotels. Very friendly people. I was impressed and like that it is family owned and operated! I would definitely stay again!

My wife came along for some fun as I attended a professional workshop. We found this hotel nearby the convention location and thought it looked like fun. The independent owners are on-site every morning, offering a free continental breakfast. In the evening they host a social hour offering a free drink. We found the hotel very charming, the staff warm and friendly, and the location convenient. We felt like we were staying with family. Of course, that feel came with a few disadvantages too. There is no pool (we didn't miss it), the furniture and fixtures are older (we found this charming and comfortable) and the bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable (really the only annoying part of the stay). There is also no elevator due to the age of the building. We were greeted as we walked in the front door and had wonderful conversations with the owners. They are also in the process of remodeling parts of the inn. Hopefully that will include new mattresses. For foreign visitors, the owners also speak fluent German.
