The morning staff was horrendous. We travel a lot as a family and couple! This was by far the worse experience we have ever experienced. No room service unless we asked. I ran out of soap body wash and had to ask for replenishment. The morning staff needs to be replaced as soon as you get an opportunity. Also my wife asked about where to get coffee and they said no more coffee after 930. How useful of your staff to be of help to visitors. The evening staff Tamara and angel went above and beyond. They need to replace your morning staff. Wonderful experience with them. We will not be returning to this hotel or recommending.

This is a hotel I have used often due to its proximity to my family’s home and it being reasonably priced. On this last stay, I was disappointed by the conditions and treatment. When I called the front desk for blankets for the sofa bed, I was told they didn’t have the staff so I would have to come to the desk to pick them up. Then when the room wasn’t cleaned, they informed me that they only service the rooms every other day now. Then the heater stopped working one night and we woke up in chills. All they did was switch our rooms and give us free breakfast. We’ll be looking for a new place to stay for future visits.
