Hollander Boutique Hotel

This hotel is a perfect package! Conveniently located close to the Pier, downtown, Tropicana field and additional dining. But you really didn't have to leave the hotel for anything! Food was great, love the breakfast burritos! We absolutely loved the Cafe and would take our delicious iced coffee to the front patio to enjoy, as well as the amazing dessert selection! We loved the comfort of all the seating areas, especially the front porch area. So cozy. The pool area was great to enjoy while in a shaded cabana. Staff were always smiling! Pete and the other shuttle driver were so friendly. What a great idea to have a free shuttle to Tropicana field. This place had everything you could possibly think of. Creative marketing too as i noticed all the extra ways to bring people in. Have already recommended to our family and friends and we ourselves will definitely be back!! Congrats on all the hard work put into this place. It shows!

We were here for an extended stay due to an family members illness. This Hotel was absolutely amazing in accommodating us. They were flexible and compassionate w our situation and we cant thank them enough.

We loved the Hollander..With all the wonderful restaurants in St. Pete, we picked here for breakfast and lunch most days. (Even our adult children who stayed in a nearby Airbnb came here for same as well as happy hours) The staff is wonderful, mailing letters for us, and printing things when we needed it. Our room was comfortable and spacious. Great location, service, and food. What's not to like?

This hotel's employees are super friendly and helpful, aside from one experience at the inside bar. The outside bartender was funny and engaging, however. We were greeted with 3 smiling faces upon check-in. Each time we ate at the restaurant we had a wonderful experience. They accomodated our family who joined us on the last morning there for breakfast. Food came out great (each time we ate there). We had stayed there before, and will stay again in the future. Hollander Hotel is an older boutique hotel that offers a "boho" vibe. It had a new coat of paint in our room and hallways and brand new carpet. Our room still smelled a little musty when we returned to it each time, but that went away when we cranked up our a/c. But that's not uncommon in Florida. The pool area has a newly revamped look with new cabanas and chairs. It was neat and clean looking, even though it was not the "high" swimming season. Location is central to many activities and walking distance to the water and many downtown restaurants and taverns.

Nice Boutique Hotel perfect for business or a short family trip. I was impressed with the decor and feel of the place. The lobby was welcoming and pleasant just to hang out. Room was comfortable with just enough to ammenities to enjoy a good night sleep.

We stayed at the Hollander for a quick stay-cation without the kids and loved it. The Sunday afternoon pool party, as well as the quaint decor and rooms were perfect for a little relaxation, and it was very walkable to the pier, and DT St. Pete arts and eats corridors. We'll definitely be back.

My family and I loved the hotel. Service was excellent, all staff was courteous and friendly.

I thought the room rates were very high .. the pool was very crowded at young kids one day and a fund raiser another day .. we were not able to use the pool .

The front desk staff are friendly efficient and you get water anytime you need it. Kaylin our server at the pool for 2 days was awesome! Hollander never disappoints. It our go to hotel for family visits in St. Pete.

Really a nice place all around. Adorable decor, cozy common areas, great breakfast menu, and the staff is as pleasant and as helpful as can be. We are local and only stayed here for one night because of a family event in the area, but would definitely stay again and refer everyone to stay here. Loved everything from parking to checkout.
