The property needs updating and the breakfast could be better. You can easily hear traffic from the street in your room if on the road. It is a descent mid range hotel for a quick family get-a-way.

I did not like the fact that your staff kncked on my door for cleaning before it was time for me and my kids to leave. It was rude. I liked the fact my kiddos and I could walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Pier House has been my favorite spot for a few of my vacations. I am without any suggestions for improvement. A standard is set high and is consistently met. Check in and subsequent interactions with staff are great! I have always walked away feeling as if I am family. The rooms are very clean and modern. The views from the balcony are gorgeous. The beach is a brief walk across the street. There are so many options for incredible food within walking distance. I come to be near to a friend I lost and clear my mind. The state of my head and heart are a testament to Pier House. Not sure when but best believe I will be back ASAP.

The room was clean. The night desk clerk Vanessa was rude. The hotels parking garage is lacking security. There are no security cameras in most of the garage and this is a party area with lots of teenagers and suspicious people walking through the garage at all hours of the night. I could not leave my $65k Hellcat parked in the garage safely and we had to checkout early without even sleeping in the bed. The hotel manager only refunded me one of two days. They have a young kid who is supposed to be security. He hangs out in the hotel and does not even walk around the parking garage like he is supposed to. I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself needs updating in a bad way, the bathroom in general was something you might expect from a budget hotel, super 8, motel 6 etc. poor water pressure in shower, toilets so low to the floor I thought it was made for a child. The so called “cable tv” programming was terrible. The weather was not good and forced us to stay in the room more than we wanted to. The TV service was substandard, very poor. Overall we were sadly disappointed with the Hotel.

This hotel is extremely nice and it is located directly across the street from the pier and main beach. I have stayed here with my family many times and will definitely stay here again. Everything is first class with great customer service at every stage.

This is such a great spot for a family trip. Location is key. Views are amazing. It’s very clean. My youngest loves the towel animals. This was split between a couples trip where I stayed 4 nights across the street at a much more expensive hotel, and then this hotel 3 nights when the kiddos flew out. I honestly could have stayed at this location the entire 7 nights and been satisfied. I’ve stayed multiple times on family and friend trips and it never disappoints. Staff is very kind and efficient… from checking in, to towel service, to housekeeping. All staff were phenomenal and very pleasant! Ty
