Pier House 60 Clearwater Beach Marina Hotel

Everything was excellent in the hotel except for the restaurant. Extremely rude workers, my family and I were ignored for about 10min and when we finally managed to get someone to help they were very rude so we took our business somewhere else.

Convenient location. Beautiful view from my room. Visiting family in the area. Will definitely return on future vacation trips.

Loud, pool looked murky lots of kids.I paid a resort fee and could not get near pool not sure what other amenities were available; resort fee overrated. Carpet in room was coming up back of door bottom rotten and whats up with those eggs got sick stomach. OJ was good.

Had amazing experience from front desk to housekeeping. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Definitely will be returning again with my family.

My family has stayed at this property 4 years in a row now. I was hesitant about staying here again with knowing a new hotel was going in right behind it. I like to book a room with a balcony and a view of the bay which is now gone with the new hotel. So I booked a room that overlooked the pool and at check in they said I did not!! So there was a slight issue there but was resolved and got the room that was booked. We enjoy this property for its location to pretty much everything our family enjoys doing the short walk to the beach is our#1 reason for continuing to stay here! The housekeeping was on top of their game this trip and was so much appreciated we are simple and just like fresh towels and beds made and each and every day the staff went above and beyond and quick too!! The breakfast is enough to get your day started, our 10 year old enjoys it he would love to see the Nutella back as an option and he loves the flavored water!! It’s the simple things at breakfast that he enjoys and as a parent it is one of the reason we keep coming back! Over all we enjoy this property and we are creatures of habit and is why we come back because we know that we will have a good stay and not have to worry about things while on vacation! Some will say the rooms are dated and they are slightly but honestly our family doesn’t spend much time in the room so the dated decor is not an issue!

The hotel staff were always great, smiling and seemed to enjoy working here. Parking is in a parking garage and we had no problem finding a spot and free if you stayed here! Room was very clean and smelled nice. Our view was a sneak peek at the marina and a new building being built behind the hotel but that didn’t other us, we were out and about. I feel for the price this hotel was excellent for a weekend away. We will come back again and recommend to family and friends. The sunset at the rooftop bar was amazing.

The property needs updating and the breakfast could be better. You can easily hear traffic from the street in your room if on the road. It is a descent mid range hotel for a quick family get-a-way.

I did not like the fact that your staff kncked on my door for cleaning before it was time for me and my kids to leave. It was rude. I liked the fact my kiddos and I could walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Pier House has been my favorite spot for a few of my vacations. I am without any suggestions for improvement. A standard is set high and is consistently met. Check in and subsequent interactions with staff are great! I have always walked away feeling as if I am family. The rooms are very clean and modern. The views from the balcony are gorgeous. The beach is a brief walk across the street. There are so many options for incredible food within walking distance. I come to be near to a friend I lost and clear my mind. The state of my head and heart are a testament to Pier House. Not sure when but best believe I will be back ASAP.
