Holiday Inn Express North Palm Beach-Oceanview, an IHG Hotel

The facility was great, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and made you fell as part of their family. It's a great place to relax and enjoy our leisure time. We will definitely be back soon! My entire family enjoyed the time.

The staff is so rude and Racist we were standing there for more than 2 hours they didn’t check us in they said Expedia didn’t send us the link that tell us your guys are staying in they when we miss our flight I did call the hotel they took my card keep 75 dollars to hold room when we went there they said there is no reservation the lady was so rude I requested we have kids please help us but she said call Expedia when we did so many times then you guys refund us we went to ask some rooms she said now we don’t have we were right there she said she had rooms worst experience ever

We enjoy staying here. It's close to family, and the beds are extremely clean and comfy with great bedding. Easy walk to the beach. The included breakfast is very convenient with varied good options. Staff is very kind in general. Location of the room was great this time, with balcony. Here is what went wrong this visit: tv & remote control/ tv was not working. We let it go because we prefer not to have teams/repair crew in our room during our 2 day stay, but we left a note notifying them when we left so they could fix for next guest. Bathrooms are not great, in our experience the shower& tubs need to be overhauled, ours didnt drain well and there was a bad smell in the shower curtain that made the bathroom smell icky. A simple curtain change would be great. Our biggest frustration was that the provided wifi Access code they gave us didnt work. Wifi stuff is easy for me, this code was simply not working. I called the front desk to ask for help and she said "sorry thats the only code we have". Shebsaid that seversl times instead of finding someone with an answer, so we spent our two days without wifi. Annoying, but we dealt with it, the response was just so unhelpful that I was taken aback. Overall, if you are visiting the area and need a quiet safe place to stay within an easy walk to the beach, that includes a breakfast, with a cozy bed, stay here. We have only ever encountered the 1 rude staff member in our stays. Everyone else has been just lovely.

Hotel seems to be undergoing some renovations. There is a very strong moldy smell as you walk into the hallway. The AC system in the hallway did not seem to be working (felt very warm) compared to the room. There are plenty of parking available at all times. Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed in room 223 in Bldg B. The room had 2 queen sized beds, ample space, small balcony with 2 chairs facing the "ocean" meaning "EAST". Beach is about 1 block away so you technically DO NOT see beach. However, hotel does provide beach umbrella/chairs/towels, very convenient. We had a good night rest as the mattress and pillows felt great, super comfortable. I was very happy at the temperature in the room, the AC actually cooled compared to other hotels. Tub is old and needs replacement ASAP but the showerhead and water pressure made up for it. The TV in the room is an old (32") Phillips flat screen, we originally thought it did not work because for about 10 full mins, you could hear sound but no image. After leaving it ON for about 10 mins, the image would show, this happened every time during out stay. The Pool definitely needs some attention/love/deep cleaning. It was terribly dirty/stained/ water did not smell like it had any amount of chlorine at all. Finally, the breakfast was actually pretty impressive. It runs from 7-10am on the weekend and includes a good variety of continental items. The staff seemed friendly and helpful when needed.

Family getaway. We stayed In a suite which was crucial for space. Pull out sofa was really small for 2 kids. Multiple balconies which was great. Breakfast was easy except a few days the oven was broken so continental options only which was frustrating. A gif breakfast was o e if the main reasons I booked here. Bathroom was small and a bit old but it worked.
