Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando at Millenia

Overall if was a great experience. My only complaint was I asked for a room with a tube since we were staying there for my small child to have surgery. When i checked in they reassured me that we had one. One more complaint is that they charged us for more nights then we stayed (we booked more but left early) and we still have not been refunded. We did not get to look at breakfast. Room service was pricey but 7/10. Parking was $24 a day with tax..which seems like a lot.

Great place for a family vacation. We had the pool, the mall we are able to walk too. Surrounded by so many restaurants and stores.

Demetria, the housekeeping manager is literally the best. She is so friendly, accommodating, and helpful! My family and I were trying to bring stuff in through the side door after checking in and didn’t have a cart. I was struggling so bad because my ankle gave out and I could barely walk on it. She was walking down the hall and saw us struggling and jumped into action to assist us immediately. She even helped us get the stuff inside. I have never seen such service at any hotel. Not even at the 6 star hotel I stayed in at Dubai! I travel a lot and have stayed at many hotels and I can say this with great confidence. I hope she is appreciated here! The hotel is modern, cute common areas, super convenient to lots of shops and eateries. The front desk staff and even random staff in the hallway were all pleasant, even the people communicating on the phone and via chat. This is a very solid staff and hotel. I would recommend it and would stay again. My only feedback is concerning housekeeping in the rooms. We are a Black family with locs but found straight hair on various items, including the pillows and in the bathroom. If this is from housekeepers, they need to be wearing hair nets when cleaning rooms!! It’s even more alarming if this was from a previous guest because that means cleaning is lacking. I also think the shower floor looks a bit rough and not cleaned as thoroughly as it could have been. The bathroom looks nice and adds to beauty of the room, PLEASE KEEP IT UP!

This hotel is amazing! The feel of the high end hotels but in a smaller size! The pool is fun for the family but perfect for the kiddos, the fact you are steps away from Millenia Mall was the cherry on top! Friendly staff! Will stay here always from now on!! 10 stars!

Me and my family stay for a weekend and it was a great experience, the hotel was very clean and the staff give to us a great treatment , the pool was perfect for adult and kids, the bar staff was nice and the drinks was better that what we spect.

Great place for any occasion family or business. Rooms was spacious and clean with a very pleasant small kitchen. And the Operation Manager was a Blessings , she worked the keys on the computer and was very persistent. We got the room we need .

We stay here often as a family of 5 and love it.

Liked the checkers set outside but pieces could use some replacing. The pool was also entertaining. My kids spent lots of time catching all the leaves out of the pool. Room was clean. Shower sprayed out past the door and got the floor all wet, but drain was clean. Overall great stay!

Very nice property overall. Rooms are fills size with kitchen amenities. This is a great location, if you’re traveling with family.
