The clerks were very nice and the manager at breakfast was also very pleasant. I was even about to enjoy a cup of coffee in the evening when I went to sit in front of the building. Most places don't have coffee after breakfast. My only concern is that there were a couple of dogs. I always assumed there was a separate floor for dogs and their families. I can't even believe the rooms are being shampooed after the guest leave. I like dogs but not if they're in the room prior to me having it. One dog got away from it's owners and was running down the hall, that's how I knew dogs were in the rooms. Other than that, I enjoyed myself.

Everything was great except for the neighboring rooms on both sides. Loud and obnoxious.. no fault of the hotel. I did bring it to their attention the first night and it was addressed. Clean. .family friendly. Great breakfast selection. Close to universal studios. I would stay again. Hampton never disappoints.

Everything was great, except for a couple of smokers lounging at the pool. This property is nonsmoking so I would expect the pool to be a nonsmoking area too. However, there were no signs indicating this. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the pool because we have a child with asthma.

Everyone from the front desk to maintenance to breakfast staff were kind, caring and truly treated us like family. When we come back to Orlando, we will stay in this hotel. The best Hampton Inn we have ever stayed. Thank you for your hospitality. Plus its conveniently located so close to universal that we could've walked if we wanted to. The free shuttle made it perfect for our trip. There is also plenty of shopping, restaurants, etc. Very close to the hotel.

The check in and check out process was easy and efficient. The hotel is convenient to Universal Studios. It was clean and quiet without children running in the halls.

The only thing that i can think of good in this hotel was the breakfast. Everything else not so good. The room itself is old and feels dirty. The bathtub has rust on it, but the main thing why am i giving this hotel 1 star is because, i did not get much sleep that night due to a loud noise. I tried to talk to the attendant at front about it, he said its coming from the ice maker above the room. He said they are just going to unplug it. Its already 3AM and me my family can still hear the noise. They did not resolve the issue at all.My room number was 211. So if you wanna stay on this hotel, make sure they don't give you the room 211 or else it will be a nightmare. I will never booked again in this hotel and will not recommend to anybody.

Clean. Comfortable. Great deal with breakfast and parking included with each night stay. Close to Universal parks. Breakfast (included) is definitely a plus and exactly what is needed to feed kids before going to the parks. Staff very friendly and eager to be of assistance. My family has actually stayed at this particular hotel and location 3 times now.

Had a great experience, breakfast each morning was good, good selection, warm food. The hostess there was very friendly. Everything was clean, staff even gave our 3 kids coloring pages and crayons one evening. Decaf coffee was lukewarm but I could deal with it. Overall we enjoyed it! Oh and there was no housekeeping for the 4 days we were there, unless requested but we ended up just making do with what we had.

O Loved this place, loved the people, the room. everything was clean and very nice. The breakfast was very good and the servers were very nice. the price was fair also. I saved it in my list, I'll be back again with my family.
