Clean and safe building and staff are very helpful with assistance to any questions you might have and a nice place to take the family to rest after shopping and going to the amusement parks

Our stay was relaxing and the staff even the other guests were above and beyond. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool and spa area were clean. Breakfast was served every morning from 7-10. The housekeepers stocked towels and cleaned every day they even went as far as putting my kid's stuffed animals they got at Universal Studios on our beds properly just like we would at home.

I have never stayed at a hotel that was so dirty and housekeeping didn't show up at my kids room for the 2 days they were there.

Me and my family found this place to be clean, safe and enjoyable. The beds were comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again

Staff was very friendly. The property was clean and inviting. Great for families travelling with kids. It was nice to wake up to a hot breakfast every morning with different options. For the price- it was worth it. Very close to the Orlando parks and so many dining options close by.

It was a great stay for my family! The breakfast was delicious and they changed it up each day for their hot items. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was kind and accommodating. The location is right around the corner from Universal. The only improvement I would say would be the sofa bed. My daughter slept on it but could feel the springs right through the mattress. We did ask for an extra blanket to add another layer to the mattress and the staff kindly gave us one. Other than that, it was great! We would definitely stay again.

The hotel is a bit outdated, but great, nothing wrong with the classics. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, and the breakfast was amazing. Have to give the staff kudos there were so many kids in town and they were on top of it. Everyone was polite.

Clean and comfortable stay, stayed in room with 2 queen beds and pull out sofa, beds were comfortable and sofa bed was a sofa bed. Breakfast was offered and was as expected. Pool was open in the winter and was heated and clean. Hotel is in convenient location. I stayed here with 4 adults and 1 child and everyone was comfortable.

Amazing place, prices were great and affordable. We stayed for 2 nights. The breakfast was great with many options to choose from as well! The kids loved it! Close to Universal Studios, 5 mins drive. Also enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool! My kids will have a memorable moment to remember.
