Great room for families, with a kitchen. Amazing variety of foods at breakfast, and the staff is incredible, especially the kitchen staff ladies, so kind, giving out warm cookies to my kids. We loved that it had the perks of being close to universal, and the cost lower than hotels within the resort.

My family very happy to stay this place from the check in process the staff very helpful whatever we needed the breakfasts staffs are very friendly and hardworking but only think I suggest make some new meals not every day meals are the same for breakfast 🙏❤️

When we checked in the lady told us they had given our room away. I had purposely picked out a room with bunk beds for our kids and they knew that was the room we had booked and were so excited. I didn’t check in late or anything so it was very strange to me that they would just give it away. Their only solution to it was to give us “parking” free. Why is there even a parking fee in that location? It’s not convenient to the parks to walk? Seems kind of ridiculous. The lady almost seemed like I was inconveniencing her by being upset about not getting the room I had already paid for.

We stayed at their specialty suite for our family trip to Universal studios. The hotel was very clean, fairly new it seemed. The toom was very room, and had a full size kitchen and elextric stove. We were so comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly ans immediately handled our requests. Jacob at the front desk was awesome. Its literally across the street from universal. A mile if u count zigzagging to the park entrance. Uber was 7 dollars one way. We are planning to go back for winter break and will definitely consider this hotel again. I give it 4 and half stars only because they dont have a real restaurant. The food at the pool was not good.

It is a perfect place for families with just about all the amenities you would have in a home (full kitchen, laundry, breakfast…etc). This makes trips with children so much more manageable (and affordable).

Great location. Room was very comfortable and plenty of space. Loved the bunk beds and separating door in the family suite. Bed was very comfortable after long days at the parks.

9:30 end to b'fast a bit early to us. We had no small children & weren't headed to Universal. Charging to park is just gouging when you've paid $300.00 for a room. It does cast a shadow on otherwise fine experience.

Great proximity to freeways and theme park. Love the hotel, very clean, kids loved the pool. Great service although we did have to ask for towels after 3 days. Breakfast was great but in the 3 breakfasts we ate, we had canadian bacon twice. Bacon would have been noce one day. But, overall, we would definitely stay here on the next trip.
