Great room for families, with a kitchen. Amazing variety of foods at breakfast, and the staff is incredible, especially the kitchen staff ladies, so kind, giving out warm cookies to my kids. We loved that it had the perks of being close to universal, and the cost lower than hotels within the resort.

My family very happy to stay this place from the check in process the staff very helpful whatever we needed the breakfasts staffs are very friendly and hardworking but only think I suggest make some new meals not every day meals are the same for breakfast 🙏❤️

It is a perfect place for families with just about all the amenities you would have in a home (full kitchen, laundry, breakfast…etc). This makes trips with children so much more manageable (and affordable).

Review for the property is not recommendable and specially being a trustworthy travel partner Expedia , it's being disatisfactory as the rooms were not hygienic as such we found small scorpion type of insects , my wife and daughter got bug bites and skin Allergies we went for Ointment . It's really bad experience for us after paying a lot . I hope Expedia will take care of this and proceed with a worthful solution.Thing is we not slept for 3 nights and last day they changed our room also but with a infant and one child of 9yewrs this was the worst experience we had to cancel our Disney world tour too and lost 750$Package.eveything is in front of you and we trusted Expedia.

Property was centrally located across a major road from Universal, there is a pedestrian walking bridge that goes over the road so it's safer. Room was well thought out for a family. Shoe rack, hooks and small table in entry. Kitchenette and island, plenty of outlets and usb charging spots. Two tv’s and plenty of sleeping space. There were hooks near bath for towels and extra drawers and counterspace outside of bathroom. Linens and sheets were very clean. Tiled floors were not very clean, but the important stuff was clean. I would stay here again and recommend. Nice pool, bar and free breakfast. Laundry area didn't have soap for purchase, you have to buy at the market in lobby, but laundry machines were newer and very efficient.

We were really happy with the hotel, our room, the shuttle and the food on site for our family trip to universal. Everything was newer, clean and easy. We are light sleepers but we did not notice any noise from other rooms or the hallway. The gym and pool areas were also clean.

The property was fabulous. My family and I booked a family flroom which had bunk beds. The room was spacious, the pool area is a whole vibe especially around the fire place. I highly highly recommend this location for lodging especially if you have a family. Parking was 18 a day, the Bar and Grill was fabulous, the bartender was so sweet. I will definitely book this loction for our future travel.

I love the front desk staff during the day, but the gentleman who checks us out around 5 am this morning is not friendly. We didn't feel welcome at all! He was “wordless” during the checkout process. It would have been nice if he at least asked how's our stay. The kitchen folks are super friendly, especially Maria and the bartender. I don't feel like the parking fee is fair. Shuttle to Universal needs advanced booking, and we opted to take Uber for all the days we went to Universal. You also need to call for housekeeping if you want a cleaning service. They don't come daily. Also, we found one baby cockroach in the bathroom, which my kids felt weird about. Overall, the hotel is ok.
