I stayed from 11-16 july with my wife and 2 kids. The first night instayed i went out came back no house keeping service. I askes front desk they said after every pther day you get housekeeping services. Okay second night i went out and came back in the noght still no house keeping service. So that means no fresh towel and no new bed sheets. I went to front desk to complain and they said tomorrow i am planned for house keeping service. Okay The third noght again i cam into my room and atill no house keeping service. No trash bags and no toilet paper no new towel no bed sheet. So i called front desk to conplain. They said sorry but i waa schedulee for the 4th day. It's the worst hotel i stayed in. 5 days and on the 4th day i get a house keeping where the next day i am checking out. I stayed in room 208. I will put the room number also so the people of these hotel can see it. The worst worst satu ever. Never they will see me again.

Excellent hotel. Front staff were very professional and knowledgeable. Breakfast area was clean and well maintained. Staff in breakfast area were top notch! Would highly recommend this hotel for either family or business travel to Orlando.

Recently stayed here, the stuff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was standard and okay. Proximity to stores restaurants and activities was quite short, everything is within walkable distance. My family enjoyed the stay, definitely recommend 😊.

The staff was very friendly and made sure you had everything you needed to be comfortable for your stay. I was not expecting the room to be this spacious, I booked a king size suite and I’m telling you if you’re in the Orlando area for a couple of days or taking a family vacation this hotel would come highly recommend. There was a full size fridge, a 2 burner stove, dishwasher, utensils, dishes, a large closet, a large desk, sofa and a bathroom. The shower was huge and can fight two persons.They also serve free breakfast which is a plus for me. The hotel was in walking distance to a shopping outlet, restaurant and activities for everyone in your party. I will definitely stay here again

The bed was comfortable, but the shower was terrible. Very little water pressure and no hot water one night. We had to take cold shower with little water. No shower door or curtain and splash everywhere. The front desk wasn’t very friendly, and there wasn’t any apologies to the water issue. One of my family member lived in another side and said there was loud noise keeping her awake. I hope the hotel will improve the shower and the service quality as this doesn’t feel like Marriott to us.

The property is hidden back from the main road on international drive which is good because it was quiet. Rooms are clean and big. I just have 2 complaints: pillows and pans. The pillows were so flat that even my kids said they were going to break their necks sleeping on them. There were no pans to cook with in the room.

The hotel is very nice and very close to universal. I enjoyed the TV and kitchen but my only problem was the construction in the area but that will get better. Also like 20 cops showed up twice because kids were causing havoc!
