Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Near Universal Orlando

I will definitely stay at this hotel again! We take family overnighters in Orlando occasionally and this hotel was conveniently located to Universal Studios. There are many restaurants in walking distance too! Just really convenient along with feeling safe and it being clean, we will be back! The only thing l wish they would do is to make it smell in the rooms as good as it smells in the hallways and entrance.

Room wasn’t very clean, and the beds were atrocious. Hard as a rock. We had kids sleeping on a couch bed and the extra linens in the bag were gross. Old, frayed, stained, and covered in hair. Employees were kind and friendly, easily the best part of the stay.

My family and I absolutely love to say the pool was nice clean and warm. Everyone was very friendly, including the other guests. One thing that’s was a down was the sofa bed was a bit hard but other than that perfect place to stay with family. Most definitely come again.

Overall decent. Staff was great. We were EXTREMELY disappointed staff never cleaned the pool. I had to clean the pool myself daily so my family could enjoy it.

It was a very clean, comfortable, friendly place to stay. My family went for a short getaway and was very happy with our choice of where to stay.

We recently stayed at the fairfield inn January 2024. Overall the stay was excellent. The free breakfast was always plentiful They had a variety of options (bacon, sausages, cheese omelets, scrambled eggs, waffles, bagels (including gluten free bagels everyday)) and the always replenished before things ran out. The floor we stayed on was quiet. Our room did have a musty/mouldy smell to it when you entered however. But it was otherwise clean. The towels were replaced every day. Had two tvs in the room which was nice so kids could watch their shows and we could watch ours during down time. The hotel had a free shuttle to universal everyday. Four times in morning and 3 times in evening It was quite convenient and picked us up right outside the front doors. There was plenty of fast food options walking distance (burger king is next door, mcdonalds dominos, kfc and taco bell). There were a few restaurants nearby. We went to Carrabba's. It was great. The premium outlets are also close by. A 10minute bus ride away or 30min walk if you are willing to do it. Overall a great hotel and very convenient! Would stay again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay and customer service was good and good location with lots of food places and things to do.

Great stay. Walking distance from universal. Free parking lot, free shuttle to universal parks, free breakfast. Excellent for family vacations. Staff really friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Sandro.

I was very disappointed with being sent to another property and costing me at least $50 additional in cost. Not only was the property farther away from my family but they didn't have a shuttle service. In saying that I also overpaid for this property over $40 because I paid more for the other property to be close to my family and Universal and Disney....also the heat in the room didn't work so I had to shut down the system. terrible experience
