Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Ocoee East, an IHG Hotel

We stay at this property whenever visiting family nearby. This visit was very nice. Beds very comfortable. The bathroom could maybe a little cleaner in the corners or regrouted. Staff very welcoming! Overall a very nice stay.

Had a great experience at Holiday Inn Espress. There for a family event and everything went smoothly all weekend!

Parking lot was littered with trash, but the hotel was clean, and the staff were very nice. Through the night (until about 3am) our neighbors were opening and closing their door (it was slamming shut) and their baby was screaming. The walls are thin and we could hear everything. Room was very clean, bed was comfy, shower had good water pressure. Breakfast was good, coffee tasted old. I’d stay here again.

1- I was told that I could choose a king or double bed when i get to the hotel and just got there to find out only a king bed was available so my kids had to sleep in a sofa bed, 2-Asked for an extra blanket for my kids and had to go down and get it my self

My stay started off on a terrible note and ended the same way. Arrived at the hotel afer midnight and was told I had already been checked in. The only young man working tried for about 30 mins and was finally able to get me check in. He sent me up to our room only for me to get upstairs, kids and luggage in tow, to find our room was already occupied. Went back to the desk, after another 15 mins and the young man at the desk going back and forth with the guest currently in out room (who was the person they checked in under my reservation), I got another room. We get to the second room and find it didnt have enough beds for my family. Back to the desk we go. The young man now had a line of people to check in, he was so flustered he didnt tell us what time breakfast was, check out or the time the pool was open. Not that I blame him, I was just as flustered as he was by this point l. We made it to our third and final room after 1 AM. Not the room type or size we paid for but we had a bed and we were exhausted from traveling all day. If you stay here, please know that housekeeping DOES NOT clean the room unless you explicitly call them and schedule to have your room cleaned. We found out after the 3rd day our room wasnt cleaned.

This was a nice hotel with yummy breakfast BUT, upon arrival we realized that the roon that we were assigned was still occupied by someone else (thank goodneas they weren't actually in the room when we opened the door knly their belongings). We were told that the the gueat checked out and they could bring their stuff down. We were then asked to sit down and wait. After about 15 to 20 minutes we got another room. It was fine except that it had a weird smell near the bathroom. It was comfy especially after being at Sea World all day. The water pressure could have been better though. The next day we had yummy and hot breakfast downstairs. The sweet lady managing the breakfast area was amazing and pleasant. We went out for our second family day at LegoLand and had a blast. When we got back we tried to stop peek into the gym, but we couldnt get in becuase our key card didn't work. We went upstair to try our room but couldnt get in. Back downstair we went to get the problem fixed. The front desk person explained that the carda get demagnetized when they come in contact with pretty much anything. He gave ul new cards and I asked if we would be compensated fir our many troubles. He responded by saying only if I had those shoes on my feet (referring to my husband's limited edition shoes on his feet). He brushed off my comment thoroughly. Last day i realized that my card had been charged once by Expedia whom I booked through and a second time by the hotel. NEVER AGAIN!

Enjoyed my stay use to live in Florida and had family in that area when I saw were it was had my doubts about staying there but I was wrong it was nice and clean and way more than I expected would defiantly stay there again will have reservations there next February just as I did this year
