The staff especially front desk was great. Very considerate and great customer service. It was just a one night for my family prior to cruise and we liked our stay.

We loved the pool area! I would have liked to see more inflatables and pool toys for the kids. We stayed at a days inn which had a lot for the kids to use.

We stayed 2 nights. Our adult kids stayed 1 night. We had a total of 4 rooms. I can’t say enough good about our entire experience. They had our rooms available for an early check in. Crystal at the front desk was so gracious and accommodating! She was wonderful! Shuttle to the airport runs 24 hours and both drivers we encountered were amazing. Everything was so clean. Pool area was very well kept. Seemed everytime we walked through the lobby someone was cleaning. It smelled so clean and pleasant. Beds were comfortable, so many options within walking distance. Restaurants, shopping, etc.. continental breakfast was great! We had an issue with the laundry facilities but someone came to help within minutes. 100% will be back to stay.

The issue was with the airport transfer. We waited a half an hour and watched all other properties pick up there guests, some came by twice. Despite calling the property and hearing the automated response say that the shuttle was continuous and to wait at A4 or A44 nobody showed up to pick us up. I called after 30 minutes of waiting and pressed the option to speak with someone. She asked my information and how many people were with me and told me out would be 15 minutes. They did arrive in 15 minutes but by that time we (and one other family) had waited 45 minutes total while watching everyone else be picked up by their hotels. If you required us to call and request pickup why does your message indicate the shuttle is continuous? For that reason I'd never come back.

The hotel is an older one. Maybe the popcorn ceiling gave it away. The elevator would jolt when the doors would open completely and felt like it needs a fix. Scared my wife and kids a couple times. They do keep the hotel very clean and the area is walking distance to get food and the whole area around the hotels is also very clean.

Our flight was delayed, we arrived at 10pm. Called Fairfield for shuttle pick up, it was there within 15 minutes. Shuttle van was comfortable, check in was a breeze. The staff was very welcoming, even gave my kids some Disney stickers 😊 we had 2 queen and one sofa bed, black out curtains, fridge, microwave. We all slept well and took advantage of the free breakfast which had a lot of different items. This hotel is very clean and furniture in good condition.

Great place close to the airport. Quiet. Comfortable rooms with multiple outlets and usb choices for charging. Friendly, helpful staff. The only reason i am not giving 5 stars is the elevator door was troublesome and the hot water in the bathroom sink was non existent no matter how long it ran. I assume it is a safety feaure so children dont get burned but its not pleasant for trying wash up with cool water. Overall, a great choice for proximity to Orlando airport.
