Inn at Pelican Bay

We feel like this is home-away-from-home when visiting family in Naples. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! We especially love Robert! Thank you for another great stay!

Several of our families stayed here last weekend to attend my Dad’s funeral. The staff was so professional, yet friendly. They could not do enough for us. We also loved the delicious breakfast each morning and especially emjoyed the talented guitar player who performed each morning of our stay. Highly recommend The Inn at Pelican Bay!

This was a great place for us to stay close to family in Pelican Bay, near Vanderbilt Beach, shopping, amenities. Relaxed and comfortable even though upscale, excellent service. We're adding this review a bit late for our stay Sept of '22 because of surprise fees we had at the hotel as we're reviewing our expenses from last year. When we paid our "total" to Hotels.com before our stay we did not realize that we would be paying an additional (almost) $40/night after our stay for fees and taxes. Be sure to read the fine print before you book.

The property is the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed at the service was outstanding… Close to the beach Pool was a disappointment and no restaurant Sub par bar … Recommend it if you’re looking for a complete quiet not a place to take kids

It is a very cute and beautiful hotel. I love my stay here very much. The breakfast with live music in the terrace was great. The staff was so helpful and nice. My family had a wonderful time here.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The atmosphere is extremely family-friendly and the staff was outstanding. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the patio with live music playing. My husband used the gym several times and loved it. We will definitely be coming back.

I’ll have to say that breakfast every morning in the terrace with that beautiful music is an energetic way to start the day. Now, the cleaning in the room is really bad for the money you pay. First you have to ask every morning for your room to be clean, because if you don’t, not even the garbage is taken out. For me staying with two small kids lots of garbage gets accumulated. Bed sheets were never changed, not even when ask to because the small kiddo wetted. For the money payed you expect better cleaning services. Other than that everything else is perfect. The environment is very quiet, peaceful, and respectful. Love the convenience of the shuttle to the beach I just will have love more if the last ride have been on a later time like 7pm and not 5pm since is getting darker on a later time at this time on of year, the beach is very enjoyable at late afternoon. Love to stayed in this place for three nights and love Naples city.
