Naples Grande Beach Resort

We absolutely love the Naples Grande Beach Resort and we have been vacationing here for many years. Always a pleasure to bring family and friends along because it guarantees they will enjoy it and have a good time. The hotel is nice, well maintained, comfortable rooms, good location, superb customer service and good bar and restaurants.

Loved it. Staff members were amazing. My kids had a blast at the pool. Loved the beach. Will definitely be back.

It’s a pretty resort. The room was spacious but wished there was a table or more sitting on the balconies we had. The bathroom shower also had mold growing on the curb, which happens…it’s Florida. The main reason I gave my stars was for inconsistencies and housekeeping. Everyday we had different amounts of towels left to use. One day we only have 1 floor towel and 2 big towels. Knowing it wouldn’t be enough for our family of 4, we called down to get more. We never received those towels and it resulted in a wet bathroom floor. When my kids went to brush their teeth they both slipped and fell. I was so upset because it could have been avoided had housekeeping left or brought up more towels. I called down to the front desk who said security would need to come up and make an incident report. Security ended up sending someone else up who brought us towels and asked if they needed an ice pack. A report was never made nor did anyone follow up with the incident. We ended up always bringing pool towels up to our room after that. The activities they had were nonexistent during the week and on the weekend were hard to find even with asking other employees. Kayaks were nice but if you wanted one at 9:40am expect to pay the fee for an hour even though they say it’s complimentary until 10am (false advertising on their part.) They don’t even prorate it (even though I’m paying a resort fee for them until 10am.) On a positive note, Joel at the pool was amazing!

Enjoyed our stay. Great pools and beach. Would recommend for families and couples.

I always enjoy my stay here, the staff are very polite and provide great customer service, starting from when you check in Kenny was amazing checking us in she was really personable and provided top service, I can’t say enough great things about her she was truly amazing! The room was very clean which is very important for me. The staff in the entry were also very welcoming and courteous. We really enjoyed our stay here with our family.

Thank you, the people are professional, very relaxing to be at the Resort, family friendly. A concern is, we noticed the smell of drug-like smoke from the lower balcony, we had the top walk out balcony.

Incredibly friendly, wonderful service, super kind. Good could use a little revamp and better quality for the price. Great experience all around. My son had the best time. Wonderful for kids!

The entire stay and experience was amazing for my family. Facility was very clean, service and staff was exceptional! Will be back at our first opportunity!

Pool was great for the kids. Transportation to the beach using golf cart was super convenient and the beach is great. The hotel is beautiful and the room was very spacious with a great view

The beach was nice, the tram ride is nice if you don’t mind not being on the beach. During the summer it’s REALLY Hot so having kids not close to the hotel is a negative. The pool area very nice. Rooms were clean. The room was VERY musty. Lobby very nice .
