Naples Grande Beach Resort

Did not live up to expectations at all, too bad. If this hotel had cost half the price it would have gotten 4 stars. But when you set the price so high, people expect the bar to be set high. We had 4 nights and the room is generally run down, AC does not work.. everything is old, the fridge heats like an oven. We had 2 adults with breakfast included, we had to tell this every morning, impressive you don't have better control of what room which is included. In addition to this we had to pay full price (14 dollars per child) they consistently leave 2 receipts which makes no sense when one is sky high. Overall really professional and friendly staff. Tried their in-room dining, it works perfectly and with great food and reasonable prices, it should even have 4 stars.

The hotel is beautiful, with two pool areas--one for families and one for adults only. The 1/2 mile stroll (or shuttle if you're feeling lazy....) on the boardwalk through the mangrove sanctuary was lovely and peaceful. Guest services were impeccable. The room was lovely and spacious, and housekeeping services were provided on a daily basis--with no special requests. There were several dining options--and the food was delicious at each. We left with the desire to return soon.

Beach access, pool for family and adults area, pool service was excellent, spa, etc. all amenities in the hotel was great

Great place for kids

The adult pool is warmed, the area for kids is freezing. Staff won't allow the kids to dip in the hot tub for 2-3 minutes just to warm up...

The pools are very nice with large pool for kids and private adult pool. Beach access by mangrove boardwalk was an added educational plus for people not familiar with coastal eco systems.

Great place to spend with the family

I love staying here. Whether it’s just my husband and I or we bring them kids, it’s just easy. I prefer the villas for more space. Breakfast in the morning via room service is quick, easy, and delicious. There evening menu could use some more vegetarian or healthy options, but honestly everything was fine.
