It was fine overall.. Andrea at the front desk was awesome and very patient with our family's requirements. But other than that no one else was friendly and the breakfast staff didn't clean the area and was kinda rude...

It was an excellent stay, the suite was extra large for two adults and three kids. Very comfortable and clean accommodations. The breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

The property itself was clean and in a nice area and as a mom traveling with kids and travel professional, I would recommend this property. Safety and cleanliness is always most important to me and it succeeded in those areas along with nice staff and my kids loved the breakfast.

The entire staff was extremely helpful and very polite. Its refreshing to see an establishment where manners are still being used. The staff's politeness in mannerisms were so amazing that it spread to all the guest as well. Every guest was polite and well mannered and every one was in a happy mood. I loved staying here with my family.

As soon as I arrived for check-in the front desk gentleman (forgot his name) was very friendly and helpful. We were there attending a family reunion and our stay was great! Very clean rooms and establishment overall, especially the pool area. The location was also a plus, it was near a lot of things.

Great business hotel, but not really set up to be a family weekend sort of place. The room was very clean, and the staff was great, but it lacks the capacity to serve breakfast to a bunch of people at once. We ended up leaving without breakfast since we couldn't wait.

We arrived early and the front desk allowed us to checked in early was a plus and the breakfast was outstanding; something with everyday. The room was very spacious and clean and with the digital key 🔑. It shows that the hotel is up to date with technology. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family as well to stay here.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and each other time it was great. However, this time was awful. The AC was not in great condition, the wayer pressure was off in the shower and to make matters work they had bed bugs! I had never had bed bug bites before and they are super uncomfortable and itchy. The staff that came in to check the room did not seem concerned with our family bites and did not even apologize. The lady at the front desk was super kind though. I never heard back from the manager and I'm sure i will NEVER stay at this hotel again.
