We arrived at 8 pm the room was not ready.. there were no sheets for pull out bed as they knew we had a child with us. No remote for television as well so we had to go obtain all at desk. Coffee maker did not work, so we had to go lobby for coffee each morning.. and no one will answer phone in lobby or housekeeping. The only other thing is dont put much into having a balcony as the balcony is so small you can barely sit out there. Rhe only pros were the feont desk hentleman was very noce and it is close to everything.

We are a family of 4. We were greeted with an attitude when we arrived before check-in when all we wanted to do is to ask to check our bags. When we arrived later in the evening to our room, I used one of the wash cloths to wipe down the bathroom wall. When I realized we only had 2 wash cloths and two towels for the four of us my husband requested 2 more sets and was told how others had been asking the same thing that night and they were out. Unacceptable!! Not prepared for the holidays and should not call yourself a hotel but maybe a hostel at best!

Great chill environment. The guy at the front desk during the night shift was extremely helpful and nice . So was the woman when I checked out 🙏. Clean room , AC was heaven for me lol . I literally felt comfortable like if I was at home . Would recommend to my family and friends

We booked a two queen premium room. We were given a two double room with substandard bedding and told to basically "suck it up" when we called the front desk to ask for the room we paid for. No attempt was made to help us. We had a very sleepless night with our children as a result. We will never be back.
