Website says breakfast and I brought my children down thinking it would be a continental breakfast but nothing and when trying to checkout no one at the desk for 20 minutes

Clean hotel, clean linen, the overall experience was very satisfactory. Would recommend it to friends and family.

When my family member arrived they brought an entire list of groceries. I explained to the front desk that they get confused and could they accomadate by putting the perishables in the refridgerator. They obliged which was a relief because this was christmas day and I couldnt get a car. When I took the stored food(4 days later), I noticed a rancod smell coming from the veggies. The two front desk clerks helped me load the groceries in the car. I asked about the groceries and let them know about the smell, only then was I told the groceries were pulled out of the cooler and left out for over an entire 24hr period. My jaw dropped. I was about to drive the food to an elderly person and was in a hurry. I am so glad I asked! This just couldnt be. They refunded what groceries were spoiled and refunded one night. But the more I this about the more upset I get. To hold rancod meat in a cooler next to the food that was being used none of this makes sense. The remote did not work, I called about it, nothing happened.

This hotel was amazing, ample space for two adults and two children. View of the pool was a benefit as well. Although breakfast wasn't included and food was pricey, I would stay there again.
