Miami Lakes Hotel

First off in the beginning of my stay I unpacked my bags in room 2222, I then realized the refrigerator was broken and the right bed was wobbly with a broken back left leg (I have pictures for proof). Told the front desk about my inconvenience, they then told me to grab all of my things had to repack. Took over a hour later after check in to get me another room while there was two employees dealing with one guest who wanted extra things 2 guests, 2 employees they should be able to take both of us at the same time especially if there’s a room problem. Then they put me in room 2224 which had toilet problems the whole trip. The kids are also very loud by the pool early in the morning. I think my trip over all was very inconvenient.

My family always enjoy the stay. Very clean and centrally located. We enjoyed the restaurants around the hotel. Nice experience. We will comeback 😃

The surrounding area was truly quiet with an inclusive set-up. As for our room, our back, patio door needs to be hammered flat as it looked as if it had been pried ajar in the past, making it a bit uneasy for us. Additionally, there were some disturbance within the central (an inebriated man speaking and singing loudly and someone who seemed to kick or open our hallway door). Otherwise, the wooded card and overall atmosphere of the premises had a unique feel. The hotel within a family, healthy community was truly appreciated.

Great place for families

The property was nice and clean. The problem was that i paid for a pool view ( I have chronic migraines so I’m not always able to join my family at the pool so being able to atleast watch them is very important) and did not get it and to top it off we couldn’t use our balcony because the sliding door was stuck and didn’t open.

I liked the look of the property. The resturant was excellent. Delicious food at more than reasonable prices. Large portions! The front desk staff was amazing! They met all of our needs with a smile! This property is extra nice because they do not nickel and dime you for extras like microwaves or extra bedding. This is truly a family friendly hotel.

Me and family have stayed here several times and we always enjoy our stay. The hotel is clean and staff is very friendly. There are several restaurants and options for dining within walking distance.

this is motel not hotel - it’s old and noisy not good for the families

Stayed for one night between my cruise and flight back to Canada. Stayed with wife and 2 kids. Nice quiet clean area, plenty of parking, easy to get to. I rented a car so I was driving everywhere didn’t really notice any amenities closer to the hotel other than a gas station. Overall good place to crash for a night or two. If you’re looking for a busy area with lots of shopping and restaurants then go to South Beach.

I loved everything about this hotel we had the junior suite and it was awesome. We have stayed a couple of times in this hotel before and i never complain about it overall great service and the staff is lovely
