Residence Inn by Marriott Miami Sunny Isles Beach

We had an incredible time at the Sunny Isles Residence Inn!! We stayed for a week where the the resort grants you 2 free cocktails a day, 2 free waters, golf cart trips to the beach across the street and the staff is super accomodating! The room was also amazing: gorgeous ocean view, it had a full kitchen with everything you need, flexible ways you can organize the room with a large table on wheels which is great for working if you need it. The staff also cleans the room each day (unless you "do not disturb" on the door, and they do a phenomenal job! Way above average and I've been to alot of hotels! All around fantastic place to bring your family, set up couples trips or go with friends. Also would be great even just by yourself whether for work or otherwise. The 9th floor has a bar/restarant (complimentary breakfast in the mornings) with a heated pool that stays open all day/night. The bar has amazing bartenders and a great comradery, very condusive for people coming in solo or otherwise. Overall highly recommended!!

It was good, we had fun, my kids loved the place, safe and quiet, just in time as well for SIB 27th anniversary, but breakfast menu is just the same everyday. We stayed for 5 days

I like how it is close to the beach the hotel is and how they had towels and chairs we could use for the beach. The views from the room was excellent and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was a great treat. My family and I would def come back again.

Experience with this hotel was good. The location around is perfect for families with kids quite area. If someone wants party and all good restaurants it’s in Miami beach 30-40 min away.

Our first stay here was fantastic. Our second and most recent stay was very rough. The room’s air was very very dry. Odd, for such a humid location. It bothered us so much, we sept poorly both nights. But, the real clencher was breakfast on the first day - - five kids were running and screaming through the buffet and seating area. Playing in this busy breakfast spot with mixed generations and hot food, sleepy people carrying hot beverages - it isn’t a fit. It isn’t safe for the kids or the adults nor is it respectful of the many visitors, from all over the world. This went on for 25 minutes with the parents oblivious and no manager present to improve the situation. What finally corrected it? One of the kids got hurt. Perhaps breakfast should not be free if it is too much to manage with the level of excellence the Marriott brand is synonymous with...Think this place needs to up it’s game to be a Bonvoy location. Hope it does. It is a good spot.
