Beautiful stay check in was perfect, upgraded to a suite as they didn't have my room available. Grounds were gorgeous only issue was cost of food. 90$ for breakfast for 1 adult and 1 child buffet is a bit steep. 28$ for a personal cheese pizza just seemed a bit much after paying 400 plus for 1 night stay.

Housekeeping arrived at 4pm to clean for the first time while my family was trying to rest after a long day at the water park. They took one hour to clean the room while we waited n the hallway. We had to request housekeeping service 3 times. Valet parking took 45 mins each time to retrieve the car.

The overall experience was good but the walls are thin. We heard the neighbors talking and arguing, kids crying. For the price paid, I thought our stay was going to be better. Everything in the part was a separate fee and there were no specific chairs held for the hotel guests. We had to arrive early enough to get good seats.

Had an amazing experience stayed over the weekend with the family. Resort and staff were very attentive and courteous. Highly recommend.

This is not a family friendly hotel, there is only one pool For adults 18 and over inside the hotel. If you have kids even already between the ages of 13 and 17 you are forced to use the pool inside the water park which is not only for hotel guests but also for anyone who purchase a day at the park. The park is extremely crowded, the lazy river is worse that the expressway at5pm, the pool inside the park extremely crowded. Then the park opens until 6p but at 5p, everything stops including food service, the slides, the lazy river. You are basically forced to leave since nothing works at the time. Then back at the hotel now at 530p with your family, you can’t use the pool and make sure you made reservations ahead for one of their restaurants otherwise you have to look for options outside the hotel. The check in: took 4 hours to get my suite, I was informed then after 4 hrs they have to change my suite to another building because their housekeeping basically sucks, and they have to close the suite , very awkward. For the troubles and delayed checkin , they provided me with an extended 2 hour late check out and resort credit to use during my stay. Although I’m grateful for the gesture it was not worth the 4 hrs waiting for a room and hearing all types of excuses over and over again. Check out: I went to check out 3 times, which is unheard of ! Waiting for resort credit to apply to my account. Nothing works at this place!

Just a really nice overall stay great facilities kept up well. Very nice resort and a great little waterpark and pool for the kids. Prices of course are a bit high at things like the pool bar, but I believe you should expect that going to a nice JW Marriott resort so it’s not unexpected. Staff was all very helpful and nice. Valet was usually busy, but still got your car in a reasonable amount of time. Not exactly a convenient walking distance to all kinds of restaurants however a very short drive will get you to plenty of different dining options and activities. The only complaint that I have is that there is no available icemaker. While they insist on bringing the ice to your room, almost every time we requested it, it was either completely forgotten or it would take 30 minutes or more to get the ice. As you can imagine, trying to have a drink at the end of the night or before you head out the door waiting 30 minutes or not getting the ice at all is unfortunate . That said I would certainly return

This was a disappointment. There isn’t enough room in this box to include all the issues. Someone did clean the room which is a positive these days however after coming back from the water park and showering there were no towels. I was left standing in the bathroom while my son had to search for the towels. The water park was insane. People crazy and elbowing each other to get on rides, clamor for chairs, umbrellas you name it. It felt like lord of the flies. And they wouldn’t even open the rides in time. Don’t bother with the gym. I’m was harassed by one of their workers as my 14 year old son who is an athlete attempted to use the equipment. My parenting was questioned by the employee because I had headphones on. Finally ready to leave the bellhop lost our luggage. My son and I had to dig through an abandon looking mess to locate our items causing us to be late for our transport. There are specified adult areas throughout the campus but no one is enforcing it. The screaming children were also running through the hallways until 1 am. This didn’t feel like a luxury resort but more like an episode of a prank show. I’d avoid ir
