This is an oceanfront Resort, with its own direct private beach access and luxurious amenities. Only Minutes to Aventura Mall & Bal Harbor Shoppes. Across the street from restaurants & shoppes.

The Resort has a full-service spa and salon, fitness center, (Limited hours due to COVID-19) four restaurants and lounges, tennis courts, business center, meeting and banquet space.

There is a daily resort fee of $100/night that includes up 2 adults and 2 children under 12, and $50 for each additional guest 13 and older, for up to maximum 4 guests for this unit.
That fee includes Daily Valet Parking, Pool and Beach Towels, Beach chair with umbrella and gives the guests access to all other high end the amenities of the resort like spa sauna & steam, fitness center.
Daily cleaning is not included, but could be scheduled at an additional charge of $30 per day
