Solé Miami, A Noble House Resort

Our stay at Sole Miami was fantastic. As a family with small children, we found the resort to be family friendly and safe. The beach was just steps away from the resort. The food at their restaurant was amazing. We stayed there with a large group of people that were attending our wedding. I can't wait to visit Sole Miami again!

Great quiet family hotel and the best restaurant on the grounds.

Great place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. Beach is beautiful!

It's a great location and property but what truly makes this hotel great is the outstanding customer service we received by everyone (front desk, cleaning, restaurant staff, beach service). All our interactions have been respectful, kind, helpful, quick and effective. The only recommendation I have is to add dining tables, even if it's a 2 chair small one, to suites. It’s really difficult to feed kids without a place to seat.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It is located right on the beach which is why we chose this hotel. We missed the entrance at first and had to make a U-turn since it wasn't very noticeable but we figured it out. Parking is valet only ($42 a day) and their system of doing that is effective and easy. Andrei checked us in and he was very friendly. We had a king suite room and it was clean, modern and smelled good. Bathrooms were modern, and in working order. Bed was comfortable and clean as well. We also utilized their beach umbrellas and towels and the guys setting those up were helpful. I have no complaints about this hotel. I would stay here again, and highly recommend it to friends and family.

Our experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. We booked a suite for Mother's Day weekend, excited for a family getaway. The suite, complete with a kitchen and spacious living room, seemed perfect for us. However, our excitement quickly turned sour. Upon arrival, we headed straight to the beach to enjoy the beautiful weather. We hoped to order food and drinks, but the staff seemed disinterested and failed to attend to us. We had to constantly search for them, and when we finally caught their attention, we were dismayed to discover that every charge included a service fee. It seemed as though the staff had little incentive to provide good service, knowing they would receive a tip regardless. Later, we moved to the pool area, where I simply requested a refill of my Diet Coke from the bartender. Instead of accommodating my request, he rudely suggested I go buy it myself across the street because he was closing. This lack of basic hospitality was disappointing, especially after a long day at the beach and pool. The evening took a turn for the worse when the manager, German, began harassing us about noise levels in our room. Despite our efforts to comply by turning off the TV and calming the kids, German continued to bother us. Eventually, we were forced to change rooms in the middle of the night, completely ruining our getaway. German's defensive and unprofessional handling of the situation only exacerbated our frustration.

Our experience at Solé Hotel in Miami Beach was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, Ross went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met, making our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. Traveling with my family, including two kids, the hotel provided an ideal setting with stunning views, a prime location, and excellent amenities. The combination of the breathtaking scenery and convenient location made our vacation truly unforgettable. Solé Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Miami Beach.

The hotel staff is exceptional, the food is wonderful and the grounds are immaculate. I would recommend Solé Miami for families too.

Traveling with small kid. Everything was clean . My kid loves pool, so we spend the whole time there. Stuff is nice and friendly. Night bonfire by the ocean, cool for relaxing. Will come back again
