The parking was horrible I had to park across the street in the garage take the elevator down and walk a block to the hotel all while traveling with 2 luggage bags a toddler and a stroller

Hotel is clean but can be very noisy in the middle of the night and potentially dangerous as police were called to our floor for yelling and fighting on one of our stays with my family. Our daughter was very afraid, Management is terrible and can be quite nasty to customers. As an experienced traveler I would not recommend this hotel at all and would look for other options available in the area.

My husband and I chose the Aloft Aventura as we were travelling from the UK to attend a family wedding. My family live in Aventura so the location was perfect. Bedroom was comfortable and big enough for our week. The bed was huge. Loads of USB sockets. Loved the blackout blinds. Could do with more hanging space/hangers. Facilities were good. Nice big swimming pool. There’s a pool table and games to play near the bar area. There are shops and restaurants nearby and Aventura Mall is less than 10 minutes by car. We would happily stay here again.
