The staff locked me out of my room twice and my children. I spoke to the manager he apologized. He said to contact him in case anything else occurs and asked how he could accommodate this situation. Stated that he would drop all the charges however I got billed 188 a night when you guys said it was 120 something anyway and they said that’s a problem with Expedia us they charge two different credit cards for the same amount

The AC in our room was stuck at 65 degrees and we could not get it warmer. Maintenance came and reset it but it was still broken. We had to sleep with sweatshirts and socks on. The front desk said they could not change our room due to the hotel being full. We should’ve at least gotten credited for our uncomfortable stay. We are from the Caribbean and we (myself, mom and my two young children) were completely miserable in our room each day.

What a beautiful hotel, designed mainly for the business class, Ive had the opportunity to spend one night here with my family, not much to do within walking distance but a few minutes drive theres lots to see and do, a 15 min drive to the beach was just great for us, compared to staying in Orlando. Staff was excellent, room was clean and spacious, except the shower (room 911) leaked water all over the toilet area, but a few towels on the floor fixed that issue. All in all it was a great stay, we paid over $7 for 2 vans of coke at the restaurant on the 6th floor but again its catered to the elite business class i'm guessing as the few people having dinner there was pretty well dressed.

I loveeeeed my stay here! I will definitely recommend to family and friends who will be visiting the area.

I stayed at your hotel with my family last Thursday to Friday, my two girls, my wife and I, got stranded in Miami to get home, so we bouth a ticket from the Fort Laureldale Airport, we though a night arround Aventura Mall would be nice. The service was poor, we got ther arround 7 P.M., they where training someone at the front desk. We paid $245.00 for the night and when we got to it, there was no help with the bags and the front desk did nothing at all, not even a smile. We got our room and saw that bottled water was $6, we where thirsty so we took it from down stairs. I called the front desk to ask if the coffe was also charged and the guy at front desk said yes, then someone told us it was not. At breakfast they had only one waiter and no buffet, she made her best to serve us, but she seemed worried and over worked, waffles where not the best and there was no salt at the table, we did not wanted to bother the lady, the honey was blocked I had to fixed. The Hotel looks good but is very poor located for the price, and I know that is not under your control, but amenities is nothing with bad or just lack of service, your staff is under paid or unhappy and us the customers pay for it.

Very bad trained front desk and restaurant employees, kids that try to lecture me about next time “I need” to let them Know that the breakfast was included…I let them know that’s their job not mine and in such a case the front desk should have let them know that my breakfast was included therefore they would have give me the “second class menu” ( that’s wasn’t even offer to me instead they gave me the regular one and then try to charge me because it wasn’t the one that “should have been, which in turns result in the young waitress lecturing me about next time they don’t waiver me the difference for Their mistake. A shame because the hotel has a lot of potential but the lack of training in hospitality makes me doubt if I will be back.

Nice clean new modern hotel,greeted adults with champagne,wine or water.pool area clean,great rooftop view bar and chill spot.my kids loved the tvs and pool tables outside.excellent hotel in my opinion and I’ve been to multiple ones within the last two years.it’s the best so far
