Hilton Miami Dadeland

The food service was terrible. Items on the menu were not even available and staff didn't even know what the dessert menu had listed. Breakfast service was the absolute worst I've ever experienced. We had to go to the front desk to have them find the host. He then tried seating me and my child RIGHT next to the ONLY other people in the restaurant. And I have never in my life known a hotel restaurant to NOT have a child's menu at breakfast. This is the second bad Hilton I've stayed at and will never book another Hilton anywhere.

Great hotel for traveling with kids. The pool is nice and well-maintained. There’s lounge lounge chairs and a couple of little cabanas- all on a first, come, first serve basis. We got a suite and I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that it basically had a small kitchen with a small (not mini) fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. It made traveling with a toddler so smooth and convenient! The room itself was spacious and comfortable. My only complaint would be I wished the bathroom had separate lights so you didn’t have to turn everything on in the middle of the night. I would recommend and stay there again!

My family and I went down to Miami to visit family and shop. When you hear or see the name Hilton you think you will get an amazing experience and service. This was not the case. Our faucet was leaking and flooded our room and when we asked for more towels we did not get them. I practically begged for a wash towel from one of the housekeeping ladies because front desk did not give us towels to replace the ones we used to clean up the leak from the faulty faucet. For a hotel of this caliber we also expected bar and restaurant to be opened a little later on a weekend but they closed at 9pm. Overall our stay was not what you would expect from the Hilton.

We only stayed for one night but we loved that the hotel and room were super clean. Beds were very comfortable, I slept like a baby. We stayed on the 7th floor room 702 extremely quiet. Next time we're in town we will be staying at this hotel again.

Our stay at this hotel was very nice. After leaving a nearby hotel after just one night, this was just what we needed. The room was clean and modern. The bathroom was extremely spacious and updated. Everything felt new and clean. We had a standard room and it more than accommodated my family of 3. The Starbucks downstairs was an added bonus. My husband wasn't thrilled that we had to pay for parking but it was well worth it in my opinion. This hotel is also located close the the hospital with a nice park/lake across the street and is within 5 minutes of the fwy. I would definitely reccommend this hotel and stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very nice. We had opted for cleaning services daily which was awesome. We would always come back to freshly made beds and new towels daily. The only improvement I'd request is possibly for a bell hop or someone to help you take luggage to your room. We stayed for a week with two very young kids and definitely needed the help getting things up there. Especially for what we paid for, I think that detail would have been nice.
