THesis Hotel Miami

The hotel was great for me and my family who were visiting the university. The hotel was directly across the street. You might as well do the valet parking versus self park which is only 3 dollars more. The hotel restaurants were a bit too much for us since we were traveling in the car all day to get to Miami. So we felt a bit under dressed. However, there’s a pretty good pizza place close by and a hammer style place for a quick bite to eat. The rooms were very clean and the hotel is in a scenic location. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were not overly friendly. There were kids blaring music in the room next door to us at 10:30PM at night. I called the front desk three times and they never did anything.

The hotel staff was excellent. Never a no. I arrived on early flight they accommodated me and my family with early check-in. Valet service impeccable. I would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful hotel, convenient to where we wanted to be. Slight problem of getting there at 4:30 and told our room wasn't ready so why didn't we go have lunch? Said we were already late to meet our grandchildren at the park across the street and really wanted to go to our room to change. No apology just said they were extremely busy that day??? Then when we finally got a room we went to the floor and the sign did not include our room number. Had to go back downstairs and a nice guy came back with me and said they needed new signage and showed us where our room was. Alas, there was a maintenance person trying to install hooks in the bathroom. He had him pack up and leave so we were finally able to change. Quite a bit of time had now elapsed.

Hotel was beautiful, stood in a queen deluxe and the room was spacious and perfect for our family. Staff did not respond as quick as we would have liked. We called in the night for towels never received them and had to call again in the morning. Overall property was amazing easy check in and out

Highly recommend the THēsis Hotel. Our family had a great experience and also enjoyed a birthday dinner at Orno. The staff were very friendly and responsive when we needed to switch rooms. Our family will definitely return on our next visit to Miami.
