We were in town for a family funeral. Was a great location for us and close to Cuban food we like. If in the area again would stay here.

Location was great the staff was exellent very courteous helpful friendly they made you feel like you were at home. The hotel is very cozy just what you need for a stay when you visit family and shopping

Front Desk Herman was super kind. Check-in process took only 3 minutes at the most. Me and my family loved the room. I'd stay again every time.

Our family has stayed at this property 10 to 12 times since the start of Covid, and without fail the staff has been attentive, accommodating and exceptional. The front desk staff is absolutwly terrific, and we now sort of. onsider this property our home away ffom home in Miami. It's also just a 4-minute walk to restaurants and the Dadeland Station shopping center.

The room had a bit of a musty scent upon entering the room each time; it’s obvious there is some type of moisture issue. However we only stayed for 3 days and it was just 2 adults. I’m glad I didn’t bring my children along for this stay as I would not have felt comfortable having them stay here with rooms in that condition but overall it served the purpose that I came for and we weren’t in the room very often except to sleep. Staff were friendly and breakfast was fairly decent.

I was very happy with my one night stay as I came to visit my family from Delray Beach. However I am a native of Miami. Everything was clean, good complete breakfast, very accommodating and friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great staff!! starting from the front desk manager MrAntonio.-who went above and beyond to help me extend my stay-medical reasons, to The breakfast lady equally cordial and efficient. This hotel’s service felt like a luxury property!! Even the young kids that mind the evening were nice and attentive!

Well , finding how to get to the hotel (which we could see but had a hard time accessing), was a bit of a nightmare after 5 hrs of driving. Checking in was not too smooth but finally accomplished. Were told something special for my birthday and not till we talked to Antonio the next morning was this accomplished. He was very apologetic and helpful. He even gave us directions to our appointment. There was a very loud child in our hallway. Finally parents took control.
