Hampton Inn & Suites Miami Kendall

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Miami Kendall with my family and our beloved Shih Tzu, Bella, for the Thanksgiving holiday. As a Miami native now living in Orlando, it was a homecoming trip, and the hotel made it exceptionally special. The highlight of our stay was the extraordinary customer service, particularly from Robert at the front desk. His dedication to ensuring our comfort was evident, as he consistently checked in on us with a friendly, "How can I help?" His attentiveness and genuine care greatly enhanced our experience. The hotel also amazed us with its pet-friendly approach. Bella was welcomed with a delightful pet package, including treats, a charming pink doggie bowl, and even a toy, which was a pleasant surprise. Although there was a $75 fee for Bella, the thoughtful gesture made it feel worthwhile. Overall, our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Miami Kendall was marked by warmth, outstanding service, and attention to detail. It's a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Miami, especially those traveling with pets. Kudos to the team for making our holiday visit memorable!

Great property. We needed an overnight stay for a family event and this location was convenient. We were greeted by a very friendly and efficient front desk clerk. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

This hotel was very nice. The front desk was quick and friendly. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had. There were just a few minor inconveniences. Our toilet ran constantly. The conditioner container in the shower was empty. And I wish there was one more extra pillow to be used with the pull out bed. There was one but we had two kids sleeping there. Overall our stay was good.

The staff was AMAZING! Front desk staff were happy to help with any needs or questions we had. JC (maintenance) was extremely helpful when we rented the conference room to have bridesmaids get ready for a wedding. He brought us fans, a mini fridge, and checked in on us often to see if we needed anything. The breakfast was different each day and had GREAT variety of options with staff constantly cleaning tables and refilling food. The place was extremely clean with many staff on site working- emptying trash, mopping floors, washing windows, etc... We even did a little scavenger hunt with our granddaughter one day to pass the time and one of the items she had to find was "a piece of trash you can recycle". We circled the entire hotel and found NONE. It was the only item on the scavenger hunt we did not find (others were "a stick longer than your hand" or "something that starts with the letter 'M'") BONUS: One day at the pool we found 3 small kittens in the bushes. The momma cat was feral, but the kittens were friendly. The staff handled it well by putting them in a box to keep them from getting hit in the parking area while waiting on a rescue group to come get them (they called). They were all extremely kind and worried about the kittens (this is a short version to save space). I would stay here again in a second and so would our family who also stayed.

The building is in great shape. Our room was very clean everywhere except for the floors. The flooring looked clean but it was not. I showered and then walked around on the tile with bare feet and my feet got brownish grey on the bottom. The carpet definitely needs to be cleaned as well. Our room was large and very open. I loved the room's layout. It was excellent for our family of 5.

Great hotel, really clean and good facilities for what it is - a budget hotel. The children loved the pool and breakfasts - the waffle maker was a particular hit!

It was a great place to stay. There was a microwave fridge and coffee maker in the room. There was a little confusion with staff and the hours of the pool. Personal taste: the bed and pillows were a little too soft. Breakfast had a good selection daily. The kids loved the waffle maker. I would stay here again.

This hotel was spotless, and the staff was friendly and professional. They accommodated my family throughout our stay. If I am in Miami, I will stay at this hotel again.

Our family stayed there one night. The staff was amazing - they helped with all our needs. The hotel is very clean and everything looks new. Breakfast was good and the staff there were very attentive. Will stay again.
