UMA House by Yurbban South Beach

I decided to book this hotel for my family. They were more than happy with the space, cleanliness and service. Also, it’s right in the middle of the action. You can’t beat this hotel for that price!

I requested an early check in and the front desk made it possible for me to check in before 4pm. I also requested to have a room in the building where the pool & rooftop are located. The gym is located in the main building - small but has everything for a full body workout and clean. They host a happy hour at the rooftop from 5-6pm, free white & red wine with 1/2 price on bites. Overall great services, amenities and location. I just wouldn't say it is a family with younger kids hotel.

Melinda at front desk very unhelpful. Beach several blocks away and too far. Pool closed at 1pm for several days for private party so our kids couldn't enjoy pool. Sheets were dirty.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family holiday. The location is a 5 minute walk from the beach and is surrounded by great restaurants which are family friendly. The hotel included lots of little extras which also made the stay especially enjoyable - such as free coffee in the mornings and hydration stations to grab a cup of ice water. Overall this hotel was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it for anybody wanting to stay in south beach.

This is perfect location for family vacation in South Beach!! Excellent Staff and Clean Hotel

Great to stay in a new property in South Beach. The location is great- just a block from the Beach and close to Lincoln Road mall. Ocean Drive is accessible via a brief walk as well. They have an arrangement with Boucher Brothers on 21st street that gets you 2 free beach chairs. The beautiful rooftop deck with pool was an excellent place to hangout although finding shade was a challenge. Complimentary wine @ Happy Hour was a nice touch. We had one of the larger rooms in the place. Bathroom was ridiculously huge. One minor gripe- would have liked the master bed to be a completely separate room or at least have a curtain separating it from the rest of the place (our kids were sleeping on the couches). Room service did an amazing job cleaning our place during our stay- a lot of hotels have gotten away from daily room service since COVID hit so was nice to get that attention. We were grateful that the staff allowed us a late checkout our final day due to our late flight and let us keep our luggage on site after our checkout time with use of the pool deck. Overall wonderful place at a very reasonable price for South Beach. Highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel—clean and stylish! Friendly and helpful staff. Super close walk to the beach with a great beach lounge area with more friendly faces. Would recommend this to my best friend and family and you!

I would recommend to family and friends, very clean , very friendly staffs, there is a very nice gentleman in the morning,he is the best , he treat his guess like family’s, uma house I don’t remember his name but he work morning shift n was on 08/08/2022…

I stayed here with 2 kids and my wife, amazing property and location which was a few blocks away from the heart of south beach. Hotel provided towels and beach chairs at the beach for no extra cost. Room was super clean and staff was incredibly friendly. Furthermore, pool was amazing with a gorgeous rooftop view. Would definitely stay here for our next trip to Miami.

This is a great place. Couple of things we expected (microwave and laundry) not there and it was bit inconvenience family staying there for 4 days with kids and not having laundry. Overall, it’s good.
