The stay was quite pleasant. Otto checked us in after a very long 24 hours journey getting to South Beach. I'm traveling with family from Japan, so expecting were high. Despite the small issues of a clogged kitchen sink and requesting an additional table chairs, Otto got it handled very quickly, and our Miami adventure was able to begin. The staff was great, the location was prime. I would definitely recommend this hidden gem to anyone traveling here. Walking distance to the beach was a snap, and there was an abundance to places to eat and shop, or just people watch. Great stay, and would stay again if it fit our needs at the time.

After a certain time they lock the gates and you have to ring them. When I arrived to the hotel the gate was locked and nobody was answering the call machine or the phones, so me and several other families were stuck outside waiting to be let in. Unfortunately all of my things were already in my hotel room so I had no option but to wait. The worst part experience the hotel wasn’t even that clean either… truthfully a full refund is what I want.

We stayed in this hotel the night before our cruise trip. We loved the hotel and its location! The staffs were very kind, and the hotel's got a great style and ambiance. It was also literally a few blocks away from the beach and the streets with shops and restaurants/bars. We didn't really get to use the kitchen, but it seemed very nice for a family or those who are planning to stay a few nights.

Great place for the price. Oliver was charming and went out of his way to help us. We were a family of four so the suite was a great accomodation. Highly recommend as it is quiet and quaint!
