A fantastic place for an escape even with family

Well, the room that I want it was a city view but I got a courtyard with just the route rooftop idea prefer looking out the windows at some sites and not just the rooftop overall the room was nice but I didn’t have a bathtub and I want to relax after a long trip in a tub soaking. My family always stay there was Latisha Flanigan in the residential suites she told me how she enjoy staying!

Live in Florida and was looking for the perfect staycation spot, and this is it. Was hoping they had a family membership package but they don't. We will be back sooner versus later. Loved every minute of this trip back in July 2022 for my son's birthday. From start to exit, they made us feel like VIPs. Would highly recommend this place.

Amazing stay at The Setai! From check in to departure my family was treated amazingly well. Isabel checked us in and was extremely helpful in arranging our dinner reservations, and upon finding out it was my daughter’s birthday she sent cake & champagne to our room. I’m so happy she suggested we dine at Jaya (we were booked at Ocean Grill but it was raining heavily) Jaya was amazing! We enjoyed everything we ate and the entertainment was wonderful! The service at the hotel was overall impeccable. Housekeeping does an amazingly detail job. They offered us late checkout, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful beach that morning as we lost a day on the beach due to a storm. Despite the weather, the hotel made up for it in every way and my family would definitely return to the Setai!!!

The Setai hotel was such a fun place to stay for the adults and kids in our family. The staff are so courteous and helpful in every way. The food is amazing!! We would love to stay there again.
