We chose this hotel because of their huge amount of child and family-friendly activities. We arrived, and there was literally nothing on the schedule for the entire week. Combine that with a lot of miscommunication between the concierge and the gym about things that were included in our stay vs. things that were not, and I decided to speak with the hotel manager. Kayla and Nick (managers) did an excellent job making sure we were accommodated for the remainder of our stay.

The hotel was in a convenient location. The hotel had an overall mature ambience and it was also family friendly. I was extremely surprised at being able to stay at south beach with kids. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know

Super cute Hotel right in the middle of everything. Loved the pool and amenities. Especially the lady that kept the kiddos busy in the pool with games for a few hours! Priceless.
