Berkeley Shore Hotel

Staff was very helpful, clean pool. To enter to hotel you have to go true restaurant, which I don't like it. And if you go to the beach, imagine you are going to your room wet between people sitting at restaurant and eating. Only two people can use beach bed at a same time from same room. I was with my family (4 people), and we couldn'd be in same spot same time at beach. I didn't like it.

Property is in the PERFECT location near shopping, a block from the beach and close to lots of tourist activties. The hotel itself always smelled very clean which was nice. Front desk staff helped with walking directions and things to do, always greeted with a smile. The room was fine I had a 3rd floor room with absolutely no view unless you could a building and some other rooms window a view... The pool is on the fourth floor and the extended part of the building completely blocks out the sun, so it's cold water and small and near the nice little exercise room. I wished the room had a microwave because all of the nearby food is very expensive had a very hard time finding lunch for less than 40 dollars I'm fine with that price for dinner but come on lunch? ALL of the restaurants around also add mandatory 20 pct service charge(tip) too onto everything you order unless you get it to go which wasn't an option because no microwave. Even five guys burgers in the neighborhood cost 25, the pizza across the street was the best price HUGE slice for 10 bucks :) the salt restaurant onsite had good lobster rolls, and decent crabcakes that salmon was pretty tasteless tho. Overall a good stay and I would recommend this place although I would do whatever you have to to get one of the upper rooms that actually had a view. I had to leave early for a family emergency (death) unfortunately and wasn't able to get anything refunded because of the way I booked with expedia :(

traveled with my family and staying in this hotel for 1 night. like the location . close to beach, shops and restaurants. however the front desk staff are rude not welcoming. the lady who checked us in completely ignored me and continued her conversation with her coworker while I am waiting to check in’ I have never encountered this kind of rudeness from a hotel the room is okay but the see through glass shower next to the bed seems weird ( not family friendly)

Berkeley Shore was a small boutique style hotel. All was fine except the odour. It wasn’t unpleasant but a bit overwhelming. I don’t know if it was a cleaning product or what but it wasn’t nice. Rooms were comfortable and clean, yes carpeting needs to be replaced. Hailey at the front desk was lovely, even showing me photos of her new baby! Michael I believe was his name was quite helpful with any questions I had. Close proximity to beach access which was great. Not many “good” restaurants in this area but Salt Cafe at Hotel served my purpose.

Great location, excellent customer service, very clean, great size, accommodating, beach near by with beach chairs included. We were just unlucky that our room was separated by a door from the other room not by a wall and unfortunately there was a family that was having a feud very loud that was very unpleasant. Hotel was excellent. I would totally go back to it. Very pleasant experience.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! these people are ridiculous. First of all the shower was literally 2 ft away from the beds. The showers are exposing and right in front of the 2 beds where everyone can see. The room was very dirty .The ac was not working whatsoever and I couldn’t bear to sleep knowing my kids and I were sweating so much. Room service takes forever to come and I had to wait 30 mins just to get some towels. They refused to do housekeeping so I had to request these towels from the front desk. Rooms are very small and claustrophobic I felt like I was being trapped. The Bathroom, sink and shower were all combined into a tiny corner no space to move whatsoever. If you care about ur money take that money and invest it on something that at least has the showers separate from the bedrooms and some working ac.I will never go back I needed to take my kids at the middle of the night and find another hotel because the temperature in the room was 86 ,it was a nightmare they reunited our vacation.

Our family had an amazing time staying at this hotel. We felt right at home and appreciated the warm and caring treatment towards our children. The location was superb, offering convenience and easy access to nearby attractions. It's a perfect choice for a family getaway.

The room was exactly what we expected from the pictures. Everything was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. This is a nice spot to stay with the family when visiting Miami Beach

Property best suited for couples or single travelers. Doesn’t have a separate full bath with the shower in it. Rather the shower is in the room and the frosted glass isn’t sufficient for a family of 4s privacy. Also the air really struggled to keep up with humidity. Otherwise it’s a nice property, close to beach and other walkable sites.

This hotel experience has been like no other. From the services provided to the kind people all throughout the hotel, I have personally felt the love and care that is imbedded into the community at this stunning site. Such an excellent customer service. I look forward to coming back again here with my family for sure.
