Don’t book here! Very old. Outdated. Things are broken and torn. This is a hotel with residence. The stairwell is locked at every level. The elevator was terrifying and sounded like you won’t get out. Front desk staff not friendly and give the feeling of being bothered. If you stay and purchase breakfast, make sure to give your vouchers prior to meal or you will get reprimanded like a child. Never again!

The boutique/hotel looks dated from the outside but it is a hidden jewel. Very clean cute rooms. The pool had large inflatables that my kids really enjoyed. The onsite restaurant was yummy. The hotel staff was very kind. The property is central to ocean drive and many shopping places. Definitely booking again!

We are a family of 4 who had a rooftop suite at the Z for 8 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. Not many hotels can offer your own stairway to heaven, in this case being the rooftop terrace with ocean view. Excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff and for breakfast a French toast at the Front Porch that will blow your mind. My only quibble is that I don´t see the point in demanding $14 for WiFi when even a basic motel offers it for free. We will definitely be back :)
