I will NEVER use this website or any of the other you’re are affiliated with. I will be requesting a full refund from my bank for a breach of contract regarding your policy. I will also NEVER stay at any of this family of hotels.

Loved this property, the service and staff was top notch, the location is perfect, without the crowds on south beach but close enough to walk over in 5 minutes. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for, this is my new goto location when in Miami! Felt super safe for my partner, our kid and I, as it was well lit at night.

My family stayed at Kimpton for 5 nights. It was great location to the beach and restaurants. You can walk 15 blocks at South Beach at Ocean Dr. The hotel offers free rental bicycles to use for 2 hours.

The hotel was renovated very nicely. The customer service was great. We missed the evening activities, but it appeared several guests enjoyed the evening. The property is kid friendly and has family amenities.

From the moment that we arrived from them that we left, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful with any and all questions that we may have had, when we walked in it immediately smelt so clean and so fresh! The aesthetics of the lobby, the sitting areas, the bar as well as the rooms where my absolute favorite, if you are into social media or into just taking personal pictures with memories, there were plenty of photogenic spots to take inside and outside of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family and we will be back soon!

Everything is in walking distance, great food at the kimpton many different restaurants to choose from in the area Don’t buy any passes until you get to your hotel if you want to save money, all exclusive passes don’t help you save money. You don’t need to have a car many transportation are available Bring Snacks, It is very hot if you want to have a great time stay at the Kimpton Angliers hotel they will provide you with all activities that are available Blessings to you and your family

Although the lobby was very beautiful and the pool area on roof was nice. The rooms were very moldy and sheets felts disgusting. Shower was very outdated. We requested service for the room everyday and that wouldn’t make a difference. Felt as if they just reused dirty sheets. My whole family got sick once we arrived home from how moldy the room felt.

Great property with excellent, friendly staff. The rooftop pool is great, whilst the rooms and restaurant are both very good also. Do watch out though, some of the rooms are a little older and placed in odd corners of the hotel. I was initially put in one of these, along with my two young children. I asked to be moved and was immediately accommodated, with no fuss. The surrounding area is a little limited for South Beach, but all in all, you're not too far from good spots - you might need to walk a little bit more is all. Staff were absolutely brilliant, from the duty manager, to front desk, to the restaurant staff to the pool attendants - each one was friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to ensure a great stay. Would reccommend.
