Urbanica The Euclid

It was our second time staying at the property and, for sure, the last one! In 2020, at the first time we stayed, the hotel was new, the staff was professional and well trained and we enjoyed our stay. On this stay none of it was true. The hotel is not well maintained, the staff was not good enough and not trained for a 4* hotel. At the check-out the employee at the reception told us that we must checkout at maximum at 11AM despite I've made the online check-out with the check-out time until 12PM, which I still have the print screen. Not enough, we were with our baby and the luggage, and he didn't help us with our luggage to help a couple that was checking out too and had no baby and had less luggage. Shocking and disrespectful.
