The Meridian Hotel

Not what we expected from the Hotel .. very disappointed we had fruit flies in Room we asked the front desk to do something about it but no response so we lived with situation for 5 days .. we asked for extra towels couple of times .. and as usual no one did respond .,, there was only one room service person in the whole property that he tried to help thank to we ended having a clean room for one or two days.. won’t recommend it to my friends and family for sure ..

The staff was the best part of the trip made feel like home luis greets me like family every time I'm a repeat customer He personally look after me when I visit here it's good to have a friend like Luis around thanks again for the great stay bro ❤️🌎🌎🌎🌎🌎🌎

The excellent customer service and friendly nature of the staff was so wonderful, we would definitely return, and recommend to family and friends.

First of all, Luis did a great job accommodating us on our arrival. Very friendly and inviting at the front desk. 1. Gotten woke up every morning to doors slamming and people talking in hallways very early. The gap underneath our door allowed all this noise. 2. Towels were all stained up. When we asked for replacements, those were the same way. 3. Fridge did not stay very cold 4. The blow dryer did not work, nor the plug in the bathroom. 5. The pool is very misleading in the photos. It’s so small. I’ve never seen a pool that small. There was barely room for 2 kids to swim same time. Not to mention it’s only 3 ft deep. The resort fees do not offset this perk whatsoever and if I’d known, I’d most likely have picked a different hotel to stay at. 6. Free bike rental stops too early in the day but we were not told this during our check in. We had to find out when we tried to use them and were unable to do so.

The meridian was a great place to say, my partner and I enjoyed the accommodations. The staff was really friendly. We got in late on our flight and they gave us places to find that we can eat for a late night spots. It was very close to the south beach strip about a five minute walk. I would recommend for couples not necessarily for children. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I didn’t do enough Research into the area, the hotel staff where friendly specially the ladies at the cafeteria, or lounge. Is not family friendly! Strong smell of weed, the hotel is more for young people who likes to party. I have a 9th year old, he also pointed out that the hotel wasn’t good for kids. $45 for parking was a little too much for me.

My home away from home. Great casita, suepr convenient and front desk staff are like family. They have local Mini Bar and italian bistro in the lobby for lite bites. Tucked away from all the crazy fun, but you can grab one of their bicycles and join in.

Strictly average hotel. Good location and hard to find parking near by. Better for 2 people vs a family of 4. No room service of any kind and no cleaning offered daily either.
