We absolutely loved staying in this hotel. We had a huge wrap around balcony with views of the bay. The unit felt like home amd was very comfortable. We had some trouble getting into our room on arrival, but other than that, the stay was good. Our only complaint was that as a family, we found ourselves going to Miami beach area more and with traffic, the drive time took away a lot of time from us. This isnt the hotels fault obviously, just an observation as someone with a family that is looking at drive time spent on the trip for activities with their child. Most restaurants in this area were also $30+ to eat at which we didnt expect. I will say, it is in walking distance to a park, the Salty Dog (amazing donut shop) and several cafes! Staff were all very kind and helpful throughout our stay.

The room felt a bit like a catfish online. Not as nice in person. Noisy sports field below where kids played for hours- which is fine, but investing in soundproofing would be a sound decision. Cleanliness was good, the room itself was just much different and more dim in person. You can repaint something only so many times and keep calling it ‘new’.

Hi, I booked this room (Airbnb as per hotel lobby staff) and let me start off by saying the customer service is absolutely horrendous. The number provided by hotel.com and their direct line- I am unable to get in touch with anyone.it took me 3 days to get a person from the lobby. Once I finally got in touch with them, I needed to let them know that we need a baby crib which they provided. Other than that, the bathroom sink kept clogging up since day 1 and the AC vents were broken and it was extremely uncomfortable the first two nights for my family including my 1 year old. We didn’t sleep and it RUINED our trip. Lastly, when I asked them questions, they were reluctant on answering them clearly. (Maybe a language barrier) and when I checked out the staff at the lobby counter was SO rude. He said “give me the key” shouting and I decided to walk away after shouting back “your welcome!”. Also, everything’s under renovation and this building is extremely dated. Never staying here again.

There was no access to Netflix just the cable because this was a private company and not the hotel itself. The bathroom was full of mold and mildew and was disgusting to enjoy a shower in. The bed was very uncomfortable that everyone including the kids complained from not getting good sleep. Informed the front desk but because it’s private not much they can do but inform the owner. Disappointing

I had a private oasis room and it was wonderful. Clean, and the balcony was great, even though it was kind of small and had no patio furniture. I’m sure if I would have asked they would have got me a chair. The crowd at the hotel was not what I expected. Being that it’s so close to a busy party area I expected a younger crowd but it was mostly older white couples with there kids. The pool was nice. And had a lot of chairs so that’s a plus. A breakfast choice would have made this a top hote for sure. But overall still a good experience. No complaints. Book here for sure

The location was good for our family to explore Coconut Grove part of Miami- close to great food and the waterfront. The pool did not work and we could use the Mutiny Hotel, a little difficult to get to without a pass to open doors, needed to walk to the front. The elevators were a major problem, with only one running and one service elevator running.

Service is pretty poor. I pulled up in a rain storm and was unloading the bags, baby, and baby stuff and was basically ignored by the staff while I carried everything up the stairs. Reception wasn’t that much better. The hotel itself is fine but a little run down but not awful. The room was clean and the bed was great but the bathroom just felt a little tired with old cabinets etc.

Stayed here for 2 nights during soring break with husband and three boys. Unit has plenty of space to spread out, and fabulous views from the balcony. While a bit older, bery clean and loced having a washer and dryer on hand. Absolutwly loved the area. Tons of restaurants and shops right out the front door and a park across the street perfect for exerting energy. Would recommend for families or small group.
