iCoconutGrove Vacation Rentals

I was pleasantly surprised with the room and facilities. The room was very clean with a balcony overlooking the harbor. The location was perfect. Coconut Grove offers a lot of dinning and shopping options all within walking distance from the hotel. If traveling with children, there is a park across the street.

Was perfect for our family of three, and the crib was a plus. We didnt have to pay extra for the crib. Our flight arrived earlier than the check-in time and they allowed us check in and hour early. That staff on call was pleasant, respectful and so considerate. She said i could call her for anything at any time. Its more of a condo Airbnb but in a secure area.

The view of our room is spectacular.The vicinity is close to shopping areas,restaurants and the Bay Area which added more charm to the location. the unit we stayed is very homely and welcoming.Definetely a memorable vacation and a place that I will recommend to friends and family.

We stayed in Coconut Grove for the weekend, the unit is very comfortable and functional, the location is excellent and it has a spectacular view. The pool, sauna and gym services are wonderful. Around it there are good restaurants and the area is very pleasant to walk, it has a park in front that offers alternatives in activities for the family. We thank Ernesto and his team for his disposition during our stay.

The property is very tastefully furnished, everything in a very good condition. Service was good, one minor issue was resolved within a few hours. The area is great for couples or families as many restaurants and also a gew shops are in walking distance.

ICoconut Grove was a lovely vacation spot. Very close to shops and restaurants. I would stay again and would recommend to family and friends. The staff was very responsive and friendly.

The property was clean and quite, with a remarkable view. This will be my go-to rental when i'm in Miami since I have family there. Im old school so did not like that there was no on site person to consult but they did reply promptly when I did inquire by e-mail.

We had a wonderful stay at iCoconut. We wanted a quiet getaway before heading to South Beach for a wedding so we spent 2 nights in Coconut Grove. The hotel is conveniently located amongst a variety of dining options, little boutique shops, and some parks. It’s not the most touristy feel, which can be good. The room was clean, well decorated, spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view overlooking the pool and ocean. The complimentary bottle of champagne and gift card to the local restaurant Lulu was also a very nice unexpected touch. It was easy to get to from the MIA airport. It was a quick 25 min or so Lyft ride. Check in was very easy. The communication from the property was very clear and timely. The vacation rentals are located within Hotel Arya so you get use of the same amenities (pool, gym…). I will say that the fitness center hours I got in email were incorrect (it said 10am-6pm but it’s really 6am-10pm). The restaurant within the hotel is also closed and only offers a continental breakfast that is included only for hotel Arya guests. It’s $10 if you want to add it on, but there are plenty of other options for breakfast around. We thought Greenstreet Cafe was best and is only a 5 min walk. Overall we’d recommend this as an affordable luxury feel quiet couples getaway. I don’t think there’s much entertainment for the kids besides the local playground and parks but is good as a relaxing spot in the Miami area with dining and a little shopping.

Good location and big apt however the Hotel Arya is terrible my family got stuck in the elevator 2 time and from 4 elevators only 1 was working. So around 20’ to get down.
