Was visiting family and the hotel was great. Location was next to everything we needed and easy to get to visit with family. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They got us a baby bed as soon as we checked in and got us on the list for an extra visit from housekeeping. I would stay here again.

We stayed here as a last minute decision, we decided to check out Jacksonville as a potential new home since we all had a long weekend. We had to take our 2 fur babies and this hotel allowed 2 dogs. The room was very clean, on the bottom floor (to get outside quickly with pups to use the bathroom), very quiet, and in a great location! We are going back in a month or so to look at houses and will most likely stay here again!

The staff was very friendly Lameeka and Tim was very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay the only thing I wish the hotel had was a swimming pool so the kids could of swim in. But either than that we loved our time spent there. I want to really thank Lameeka for going above and beyond for my family and I as well as Tim. Thank you guys so much.

Great family stay pre-cruise. Hotel was modern, clean, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was a normal hotel spread. Area around the hotel literally has any shop or restaurant you want!
