We lived in Jacksonville for 19 years, so we know our way around. We picked the St. Johns Town Center area for great shopping and convenience for any event. The Jacksonville Jazz Festival was our weekend event, and returning to a clean, quiet, and comfortable hotel after a long day in the sun with thousands of people was well worth it. Plus the ice cream in the hotel pantry topped it off for the entire family. We love this hotel and the price is very affordable. Thank you for a GREAT stay. Everything was 5 stars

We stayed there for 4 nights with my family. Well located hotel with great staff. Pool needed maintenance. Only the polystyrene tableware at breakfast is outdated and unsustainable. Good place to stay.

We had a delightful stay. The room was spotless, everything smelled fresh, and we had everything we needed. The blackout curtains in our room ensured we had the darkness needed to rest well. We loved the USB charging ports on the wall plugs. Our kids had lots of devices to charge, so that made things much easier. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful when the hotel lost power for a short time durning one of the nights we were there. Also being so close to a major commercial area was very convenient. There was plenty to do!

We were in town for two nights for the Jags game and some family business and this was located about midway between each. Staff was very friendly, breakfast options were great and the dining area was very clean. Overall, hotel was quiet, clean and close to everything! Would stay again!

We felt like we were staying with special family members that really like us and took great care of us. The moment we walked in we the feeling was first class Customer Service and attention to our needs. We felt that we were treat like VIP guests.
